MUST ADOPT and keep together, both brothers. They were both from the same litter Feb 2017. They were rescued by me at 3 months old and have NEVER been apart. Very loving and good dogs. Love attention and human interaction. Have been trained to not bark and have ALWAYS lived in an enviromentally controlled condo home on the 2nd floor. NEVER go outside and are pad trained for indoors. They have not been trained to go up and down stairs. They are use to snuggling next to me on couch and in bed. They follow me everywhere in the home. They have always been in good health and have been groomed every 5 weeks by a mobile pet groomer. I think they'd love a family with children or someone just looking for companionship. They are very spoiled, loving and good dogs. Only reason I'm putting them up for adoption is because of my age and health. The adoption fee is for both dogs and everything they own (beds, gates, ramps, food, pads, leashes, etc) will go with them. THEY MUST STAY TOGETHER.

This wee one is Cricket! She made her way to us all the way from TX. She's 8 years young, and weighs a whopping 11 pounds. Cricket loves all things! She's great with people, dogs, and cats. Don't let her age fool ya! She is full of spunk and life. She loves running in the yard with her dog friends, and is even up for a competitive game of chase. Whatever you are doing, she wants to be with you. She's a great leg and foot warmer! She would be a great addition to any family looking for a small, calm dog.

Sweet Little Pumpkin is 6 years old and 12 pounds. He was rescued from a breeding facility were he was just a papa to puppies and not a pet. We are helping him change all that, and he is catching on to the papered life pretty quickly! He is getting along with all the dogs we have introduced him to, and is wagging his tail so hard every time he sees me. He is ready for a loving home now! He has been neutered, had a dental cleaning, is microchipped, and is vaccinated. His adoption fee is $250. He is currently in foster care, so email erin@marqkc.org with questions or to set up a time to meet this little sweetheart. Midwest Animal ResQ offers a 30-day adjustment period within which you can evaluate the pet's progress and your adoption decision. If, within those 30 days, you determine your recently adopted pet isn't a good fit, you may return the animal and receive a MARQ credit that can be used toward the adoption of another animal. Our biggest priority is finding the very best match for you, and Completing Families one Tail at a Time! All dogs are spayed or neutered, microchipped, Heartworm tested, and current on vaccinations and preventions prior to adoption. Our shelter is located at 10312 East 63rd Street in Raytown, MO.
