Story
Hi, I’m Luna! I’m a sassy tripod who moves through life on three legs like it’s no big deal. I’m confident, curious, and full of personality. I love affection—sometimes a little too much—so when I’m excited, I might rub on you, purr, and even flop over for belly rubs. But when I’ve had enough, I’ll let you know. I’d do best with someone who understands cat behavior and body language, so they’ll know when to give me space and when to join in on the snuggles. I’m not a fan of other cats, and I’d prefer a calm, quiet home without loud surroundings or high-energy children. I’m playful, smart, and I love exploring my surroundings. I may be missing a leg, but trust me—I can still zoom, jump, and chase toys with the best of them. If you’re patient, understanding, and ready for a cat with a big personality, I think we could be best friends.

Story
Puma is a quiet beauty with soulful blue eyes, snow-white feet, and a short, soft coat that hints at her Siamese heritage. At 10½ years old, she has known deep love—and deep loss. Her first two owners adored her, but both sadly passed away, leaving this tender-hearted girl in search of one more forever home. Puma isn't asking for much—just a calm, loving space to rest her head, a soft lap to curl up in, and a kind human who understands the quiet power of companionship. She thrives on cozy bed snuggles, gentle tummy rubs, and the bliss of a good head scratch. She doesn't need constant activity—just your presence, your warmth, and a little patience as she settles into her next chapter. Puma would do best as the only cat in your heart and home, where she can feel safe and loved again. A mellow dog might be okay with a slow introduction, but she truly shines in peaceful surroundings.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please contact Janice (janice.frazier@sbcglobal.net) for more information about this pet. Online Adoption Application › She's just waiting for the ideal home!Afina is a pretty girl and likes her toys, especially her balls with bells and her puff ball.  This Lynx point Siamese Kitty mix is just learning to get excited about being with people and loved. She came from a situation of overcrowded cats, so she took a while to get comfortable in a new situation, but she arches her back to be petted, and she enjoys her kibbles. She will be so happy to be part of a home with another cat, she's very interested in all the other cats in the home. But she'd also be okay by herself. She has a cute little meow, and is not as chatty as many siamese mixes.  We do recommend she get adopted by someone or family with time to bond with her, and likely a quieter home.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. To Adopt one of our Cats or Kittens, please fill out an Online Adoption Application on our website  https://www.13thstcats.org/info/adoption If the animal bio says that they are a "Courtesy Listing", the contact information will be included in the animal bio for you to reach out to them directly. Thank you for wanting to Adopt! -------------- 13thstcats.org is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, No-Kill Rescue Group based in San Jose. We try our best to match our cats to the perfect homes, and match them based on their personalities, not their looks. Adoptions are not done on a first come, first serve basis, rather in the order of what homes are the right match for that particular cat December 17, 2025, 2:20 pm
