Story
Lilac came in as a bottle baby and has been brought up here at the rescue. She is now, finally, old enough to find a new forever home. She is energetic and playful with the other kittens and cats at the rescue, but otherwise independent. If you are interested in learning more about Lilac, please text us at 213-840-0153 for our pre-adoption questionnaire!

Story
Kiki is a beautiful, one-eyed, four-month old, Point Lynx Siamese kitten. She is very confident and energetic, with a seemingly endless curiosity and capacity for play. She also has a sweet side, purring loudly, loving a warm lap, and generally wanting to be around others. We originally fostered her when she was three weeks old. We chose to adopt her as we'd grown attached and felt we could provide her with a loving home. We knew there would be challenges integrating her into the household, as we have two older, more lethargic cats. Unfortunately, we underestimated how Kiki's energy would only continue to grow, and no longer feel we can provide the right home for both her and our two adult furballs. We feel the right home for her will provide an outlet for her energy, with ample attention from a human, and/or perhaps a kitten around her age. She can also be a bit bitey at times, though this can be mitigated if you're mindful.

Story
Ca$h money is a very social and people pleasing cat. He's fast and full of energy. Despite that, he has never had the chance to go outside. Not just because he's not fixed but also because of the danger he faces in my neighborhood being on the street. He has big wide eyes naturally and a face you will fall in love with on-site. Im sure once he's fixed and taken care of properly he will have an easy time socializing and playing with other cats. He's full of love and I hope to find a place that has enough of everything he needs to be loved back.

WE ONLY REPLY TO ADOPTION APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, SAVEKITTENSLA.ORG BONDED PAIR Meet Gizmo (Siamese) and Skylar (gray and white tuxie)! If a high-energy kitten is what you're looking for, Gizmo is the one for you! He LOVES attention and to be involved in everything you're doing. He plays hard, sleeps hard, and eats like food is going out of style. He is a curious little explorer who always wants to see what is on the other side of a door, or in a drawer, or under a bed. Mostly, Gizmo is just a big ol' love bug. This handsome boy loves laps, purring, and being the center of attention. He loves to cuddle right up next to you in bed at night, once he's finished playing with his sister Skylar of course! Please note that based on his foster's experience with Gizmo, we believe that he may be deaf. Skylar is a sweet and shy little girl who has come a long way but still is a bit unsure about people. When she feels safe, she loves to play with her toys, jump and run, and have a good time. She doesn't hide when her foster mom is in the room with her, but is still a little unsure of petting, even though she does seem to enjoy it just a little bit now. She loses a bit of her fear when treats are involved but usually retreats a bit when the treats are gone. She is not aggressive in any way, just scared and still learning to trust. All this beautiful girl needs is a little time and patience to allow her true personality to emerge. If you're ready to become a paw parent to this sweet duo, please head to SaveKittensLA.org & send us an adoption application! We do very high volume spay/neuter, but we take an extremely personalized approach to all the babies we rescue. We NEVER adopt kitties who will be allowed to go outside or declawed & we require all our adopters understand a FOREVER home means 15+ years. Please note all applicants will be subject to a home check before an adoption is finalized.

Story
DOB:08/01/2022 Meet Dewey! Dewey is a sweet and curious cat. He enjoys spending his days exploring his surroundings and lounging around. Dewey loves playtime and enjoys snack time. He is a purr machine and enjoys being held. Dewey is a tripod cat, but that doesn't stop him in any way. He gets around just fine on three legs. Dewey would make a great addition to any family. He has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). FIV is not a big deal; given proper care and attention, an FIV+ cat will live the same lifespan as an FIV negative cat. The disease is extremely hard to transmit from cat to cat, requiring direct blood contact (typically from a deep puncture wound). It is not transmissable to humans. Click here for a basic FAQ about FIV. If you'd like to read a much more detailed and comprehensive FAQ about FIV, we recommend this site. Story
DOB:3/15/2021 This guy is incredibly friendly. He is a Flame Point Siamese/Red Point Siamese. He loves to rub his head on his human. Right now, he is shy around strangers. He warmed up to me in a day or two, and is now very affectionate towards me. Luke has been aggressive towards other cats when in the same room. He would probably be better off as the only cat in the household. Temperament-wise, he lets me pick him up. He allows me to cut his nails. When he gets a little feisty/bitey, he responds to a stern “no” and stops. All in all, he is a very sweet young guy and he is going to make a very nice companion for some lucky person out there.
