Story
Please contact Kristin (cats@arrcolorado.org) for more information about this pet.  Foster: EB   Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $300 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for kittens (6 months & under)    $125 for cats (older than 6 months)    $75 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Please email cats@arrcolorado.org for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time. PLEASE NOTE:  The breed listed is the information we've received from the shelter.  Shelters usually guess at the breed, so there is no guarantee, as we don't DNA test our foster pets.  Here is some interesting info on breed identification:  https://arrcolorado.org/category/puppy-dog-tips/ Our adoption process is: 1. Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet. 2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member! Story
Meet Mr. Smudge or also known as Ronald. Smudge is a very loving kitten who is a (foster) momma's boy. He craves attention and if you do not offer it up, he will track you down to be sure you do pick him up and give him some snuggles. His sister, Cutie says he was the runt of the litter. He is quite small for his age but who can resist those sweet blue eyes? Smudge would do well in a home with someone who is home more than gone. He gets lonely easily and does not like being locked up away from anyone. He wants to be where the action is. Since Smudge is a sensitive boy, he will need extra love and attention to get settled into his new home. When he arrived at his foster mom's house, he did not like the change and didn't eat well. His foster mom realized he wanted to eat together so she would have to sit with him to bring him comfort. The new family should be aware of Smudge's sensitivities when considering this little guy. But once established, he will thrive and be a playful, sweet addition to your home. Smudge also enjoys a sunny window where he can absorb all the hot sun. You can meet Smudge at PetSmart in Lone Tree/Park Meadows ##2080352##
