Story
Orangino and Droplet - 14 week old bonded male kittens who stayed with their mother for 13 weeks. They are very social, happy, calm, confident, loving and playful. The orange kitty is a little shy at first but is the best snuggler. The grey kitty is more adventurous and even loves to watch TV! Both love to curl up in your lap. Would love for them to stay together. They have had first shots but need to be neutered. Our process is to talk on phone, meet each other and see if we have a fit. $50 per kitten. Congress Park

Story
Droplet is beautiful sweet & playful 3 month old kitten. He has the benefit of being with his mother "Olive Oil" and her sister and 2 siblings for 3 months. He is very social, not at all shy, & will greet you, ask to play & enjoys a good snuggle. He likes to watch TV & play “ball chase” alone or with another cat. He has his first shots and needs to be neutered. He is a joy to be with. The reason we are seeking to rehome him os because we have 5 other cats & a dog. He was born to a pregnant stray that we took in at a rural location where we have a vacation home. Droplet has been slow to learn catbox etiquette but is improving. His new family will need to work with him on this. Sometimes he goes in the box & other times goes right next to it.

Story
Snowflake is an owner surrender and was recently returned as not getting along with their cat. She is a quiet girl who is not interacting with the other cats at the cafe, so this may have been a personality issue. We are not sure how she would do around dogs. If interested, please come to the cat cafe and meet her and see if a good fit.  Come meet this girl at the Purrfect Pause Cat Cafe in Boulder! ##2457755##

Story
We adopted Mouse in July 2024 when he was 3 weeks old. He was very skinny and needed help. A year and a half later he is super healthy and very handsome. We lived in a home when we got him. He had plenty of room to roam and didn't give us any trouble. We have been living in a small apartment for the last 6 months and Mouse is having a very hard time adjusting. We are close to being asked to leave because of Mouse. We love him and want to keep him, but we have no choice at this point. He needs LOTS of attention and LOTS of things to do! Even though I have bought every toy for "bored" cats, he still gets into trouble. He has figured out how to open all of my cabinets in the kitchen and how to open the trash can. He would do well with someone that is home all day. His biggest issue is that he is deaf and he meows VERY loud! He doesn't know how loud he is! Our walls are thin in an apartment and the neighbors do not appreciate his way of communication.

Story
We adopted Lucy at Dumb Friends League when she was a year old, she is 13 now, and I have recently taken over caring for her for my mom. We love her very much but after a year we have realized we can't give her the care she needs. We have one other cat that we thought she would get along with, but it has been a year of us trying to introduce them and it is not working. She is very skittish and will bat and growl or even attack other cats, but never humans. I am unsure of how she would be around dogs. She prefers to have a room that she can go to to sleep or find a cozy spot to burrow in. We are looking for someone that has NO OTHER PETS, and probably no small children. She is very playful and loves catnip and small toys that she can bat around. She also loves to cuddle and will lay on you for hours! She deserves to have an owner that will give her all the love and attention she needs, in a cozy, calm, single pet environment. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Story
We took in Arborvitae and his siblings/friends because their owner passed away.Family was unable to take them. They are all very unique cats. Arborvitae is polydactyl which means he has extra thumbs. Because of this, he will require nail trimmings every 4-6 weeks, otherwise the nails will get imbedded into his pads which is very painful and could lead to infection or other behavioral issues. They are all very sweet and vocal cats. They love being rubbed on and getting all the attention they can get. We would like to adopt them in pairs, although that is not required. All the cats who came in with this group: (Barberry, Hosta, Arborvitae, Moss Rose, Sweet Alyssum, Salvia, Begonia, Verbena, Caladium) Children 12 and over. foster: chcl  Animal Rescue of the Rockies believes that every pet should find a wonderful, caring home.
