Story
Rose is the kind of kitten who doesn’t just enter your life—she quietly takes up residence in your heart and decides she belongs there. At just 2 months old, she is already overflowing with affection, curiosity, and an unmistakable sweetness that makes everyone who meets her stop and smile. She is impossibly cute in that soft, scruffy, baby-kitten way that makes it hard to believe something so small can have such a big presence. From the moment she feels safe with you, Rose turns into a little love magnet. She adores attention and doesn’t hesitate to ask for it in the most endearing ways—gently climbing into your lap, reaching up for your hand, and leaning into every pet like she’s been waiting her whole life for it. If you sit down, she’s likely to be right there with you. If you’re holding still, she’s probably already making her way up to your shoulders or settling herself right against your chest. Watch her YouTube video now https://youtu.be/VEOQXMZMvzw?si=U9uuvRdsfEdFNrEq Her favorite place in the world might just be your neck. Rose has a special way of curling up there, tucking herself in like she’s found her perfect spot, and purring contentedly as if she never plans to leave. She is the definition of a cuddle kitten—soft, warm, and completely devoted to being close. She doesn’t do anything halfway when it comes to love; if she’s with you, she’s all in. Even though she is very affectionate, Rose also has that gentle kitten curiosity that makes her a joy to watch. She’ll explore her surroundings with wide, bright eyes, investigate little sounds and movements, and then quickly decide that what she really wants is to come back to you for reassurance and snuggles. You are her safe place, her favorite place, and the place she always wants to return to. Rose would thrive in almost any loving home because her greatest need is simple: to be loved and to love in return. She is the kind of kitten who bonds deeply and quickly, forming a connection that only grows stronger with time. Whether you’re looking for a constant companion, a cuddle partner, or a little shadow to follow you from room to room, Rose is ready to be all of that and more. At just 2 months old, she is still at the very beginning of her life, and she is hoping for a family who will cherish every stage of her growing up. She has so much love to give, and she gives it freely, without hesitation or condition. Rose isn’t just a cute kitten—she is a lifelong best friend in the making, waiting for someone to bring her home and let her love them forever. **Available for pre-adoption only! Kittens will be ready to go to their forever homes at approximately 12 weeks old, giving you plenty of time to prepare for your new family member.** Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69d66a7e9d92329fb00d2141 Questions? Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.  We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below!  https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/  https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/  https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/ *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport. Story
Beautiful flame point Siamese 2-1/2 years old. Takes time to warm up but is affectionate once she settles in. Very sweet but timid at first. Would do well with a quiet home that can give her attention. No other animals, no young children. She needs a home with no perfumes, dust free environment, no smokers. This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! Email adoptions@ctcatconnection.org with a question or better yet, complete an application for quickest consideration. (Application: https://www.ctcatconnection.org/adoption-application/). Select cats can be fostered instead! Apply on our website.A cat's behavior in the shelter may not be what it will be like in your home; if the cat is nervous, anxious, or agitated, please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat. Most often, in a home, they thrive!Kitten Policy: Kittens must be able to socialize with other young cats or dogs as playmates, as it is important for their development. Therefore, CT Cat Connection has a policy that kittens and teenagers up to 12 months of age are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion.Due to demand, we do not place cats or kittens on hold. Your visit to the shelter is to meet all cats or kittens available for adoption at the time of visit. If you or anyone you know is interested in helping the shelter, we are always looking for foster families of our cats and dogs, as well as in-person volunteers, to assist with animal care. Fill out an application, which can be found at https://www.ctcatconnection.org/get-involved/

Story
Meet Dusty 🌫️Dusty is a beautiful 2-year-old Siamese currently living in a loving foster home. Though she has a bit of a medical history, she is doing well with twice-daily medication to prevent seizures of unknown origin. She's quite smart and may hide when it's time for her meds, but takes it easily once her hiding spot is discovered.Despite this, Dusty is still young at heart and has a playful, curious personality. She enjoys batting around toys and exploring her surroundings, always ready for her next little adventure. Dusty also appreciates the company of other respectful cats; she may take a moment to observe before joining in, but she generally does well with calm, cat-savvy friends. This sweet girl enjoys gentle attention and likes being held and petted — especially when she’s in the mood — before she’s off again to see what’s happening around her. Dusty would do best in a patient, understanding home that is comfortable managing her medication and can appreciate her independent yet affectionate nature. This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home!
