Story
Meet Dusty 🌫️Dusty is a beautiful 2-year-old Siamese currently living in a loving foster home. Though she has a bit of a medical history, she is doing well with twice-daily medication to prevent seizures of unknown origin. She's quite smart and may hide when it's time for her meds, but takes it easily once her hiding spot is discovered.Despite this, Dusty is still young at heart and has a playful, curious personality. She enjoys batting around toys and exploring her surroundings, always ready for her next little adventure. Dusty also appreciates the company of other respectful cats; she may take a moment to observe before joining in, but she generally does well with calm, cat-savvy friends. This sweet girl enjoys gentle attention and likes being held and petted — especially when she’s in the mood — before she’s off again to see what’s happening around her. Dusty would do best in a patient, understanding home that is comfortable managing her medication and can appreciate her independent yet affectionate nature. This cat is waiting for it's Forever Home! Email adoptions@ctcatconnection.org with a question or better yet, complete an application for quickest consideration. (Application: https://www.ctcatconnection.org/adoption-application/). Select cats can be fostered instead! Apply on our website.A cat's behavior in the shelter may not be what it will be like in your home; if the cat is nervous, anxious, or agitated, please know that a shelter is a very stressful place for a cat. Most often, in a home, they thrive!Kitten Policy: Kittens must be able to socialize with other young cats or dogs as playmates, as it is important for their development. Therefore, CT Cat Connection has a policy that kittens and teenagers up to 12 months of age are adopted in pairs unless there is another animal in the household as a playmate and companion.Due to demand, we do not place cats or kittens on hold. Your visit to the shelter is to meet all cats or kittens available for adoption at the time of visit. If you or anyone you know is interested in helping the shelter, we are always looking for foster families of our cats and dogs, as well as in-person volunteers, to assist with animal care. Fill out an application, which can be found at https://www.ctcatconnection.org/get-involved/

Story
Sagwa is a playful, affectionate kitten with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She absolutely enjoys being pet and spending time playing, whether it’s chasing toys, pouncing on imaginary prey, or exploring something new, she’s always ready for fun! This sweet girl isn’t shy about showing her love. Sagwa will happily give you tiny kisses and the cutest little love nibbles to let you know she cares. She’s incredibly interested in everything happening around her and is always eager to investigate new places, sounds, and adventures. Life is just one big, exciting discovery for her! Sagwa has only known her mom and siblings so far and hasn’t been introduced to other animals yet. With slow and proper introductions, she has great potential to adjust well in a loving home. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, and curious kitten who will keep you smiling (and covered in tiny kisses), Sagwa might just be your perfect match. Story
Sheegwa is a curious, playful kitten who’s ready to find her forever home! This adventurous little girl loves to explore every corner of her surroundings, turning even the smallest space into her own exciting playground. Whether she’s chasing a toy, pouncing on imaginary treasures, or investigating something new, Sheegwa brings joy and energy wherever she goes. But she’s not just about adventure, Sheegwa is also a total sweetheart. She absolutely loves head scratches and belly rubs, and she won’t hesitate to let you know when she wants attention. In fact, Sheegwa is quite the little conversationalist! She’ll happily “talk” to you with the cutest meows to ask for pets, playtime, or just to say hello. She has only been around her mom and siblings so far, so she hasn’t had experience with other animals yet. With a patient and loving introduction, she has all the potential to adjust beautifully to her new home. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten who will explore by day and snuggle by night, and chat with you in between. Sheegwa might just be your perfect match!
