Meet this sweet little lady, Diamond! She loves to lounge around, soak up the good life, and keep you company. She also likes other cats. Most of the time she’s a laid-back little couch potato, but every now and then she decides it’s time for some zoomies and mischief! Diamond is indifferent to children with good pet manners   She’s looking for a forever home where she can relax, make friends, and occasionally remind everyone that she’s still got a little sass. ##2833422##

Kimmie (lilac point) and Kara (snowshoe). Bonded sisters. Kimmie is shy and standoffish. She is slow to warm but is sweet. Kara is shy at first but loves pets on the back of her neck and cheeks. Kara was born with a birth defect so her back "ankles" (calcaneus) are turned in close together. She can walk, run, and jump onto short surfaces. She needs help getting on high surfaces and will need placed down on the floor after holding her. She can't be dropped like the typical cat or she might not land on her feet. She also prisses when she walks. Neither cat likes being picked up but Kara will tolerate it at times for brief moments. This means, over time, she will become comfortable with being held.  ##2812846##

Meet Dusty 🌫️Dusty is a beautiful 2-year-old Siamese currently living in a loving foster home. Though she has a bit of a medical history, she is doing well with daily medication to prevent seizures of unknown origin. Despite this, Dusty is still young at heart and has a playful, curious personality. She enjoys batting around toys and exploring her surroundings, always ready for her next little adventure. Dusty also appreciates the company of other respectful cats; she may take a moment to observe before joining in, but she generally does well with calm, cat-savvy friends. She is also okay as an only pet. She loves to sleep in the sun.This sweet girl enjoys gentle attention and likes being petted — especially when she’s in the mood — before she’s off again to see what’s happening around her. Dusty would do best in a patient, understanding home that is comfortable managing her medication using a pill popper and can appreciate her independent yet affectionate nature.Dusty has cataracts and has limited vision. No young children who would approach her too quickly. The foster always talks to her so she knows where you are. We have a beautiful 4-year-old brown Siamese girl who came to us after being picked up by ACS with her kittens. Her babies are friendly, happy little kitties, but Momma is a different story. This beautiful girl is spicy, frightened, and unsure of people. She cannot be held right now, and the world can still be a pretty scary place for her. But we don't believe that means she doesn't deserve a loving home. We believe she simply needs someone who is willing to give her time, patience, and the chance to learn that she is safe. 🐾 Since coming into rescue, she has been spayed and brought up to date on her vaccinations, so now we're hoping to find the special person who will take the next step with her. 🏡 We are looking for a patient, understanding adopter who doesn't expect an instant lap cat. Someone who will let her come out of her shell at her own pace. Someone who understands that sitting quietly in the same room, offering treats, playing with a wand toy, or simply giving her a safe place to observe the world can be a huge step forward. Maybe she will never be the type of cat who wants to be carried around. And that's okay. Maybe her way of saying "I love you" will be sitting beside you instead of on your lap. Maybe she'll eventually accept a gentle touch. Maybe she'll surprise us all. Isaac has the kind of face that makes you stop and look twice. He is a long-legged, big-cheeked tomcat with the coolest coat with the sort of coloring that is hard to neatly describe because there just aren't many cats walking around who look quite like him. At an estimated three years old, he has grown into a wonderfully handsome guy, and underneath all that striking tomcat swagger is an absolute lover-boy softie. He enjoys attention and has that lovely grown-cat quality of being able to connect without needing to turn every moment into an event. He has a softer, sensitive side to him too, and his foster has gotten to know him well enough to recognize that Isaac is happiest when life stays fairly peaceful. He isn't looking for a bustling household with constant activity. Give him a calmer home, people to love and a comfortable place to stretch those ridiculously long legs, and we think you'll see the very best of him. He currently lives in a foster home with other cats and does well with them, so another feline friend could certainly be part of his future. He also doesn't appear to need another cat to feel complete and could be perfectly content as your one-and-only. A calm, respectful, cat-savvy dog may also be possible, but Isaac's ideal household is less about exactly who lives there and more about the overall energy. Quiet, predictable and easygoing suits this gentle guy beautifully. There is something especially appealing about a cat who looks this distinctive but turns out to be such a tenderhearted companion.
