Sesame is deeply bonded with her younger companion, Tiana, and relies on her emotionally for comfort and confidence. Because of this strong bond, Sesame must be adopted together with Tiana. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, healthy, and reliably uses the litter box. Sesame does well with other cats, dogs, and children, especially in a calm and understanding environment where she can adjust at her own pace. Sesame would do best in a loving home that understands shy cats and is willing to give her the time she needs to feel secure — alongside her trusted best friend, Tiana.

Zaney and her beautiful brother, Zappa, were abandoned on the streets of Houston several months ago. People in the neighborhood fed the friendly cats, but no one wanted to take them in. Finally, as the temperatures reached freezing, one of the women took them into her apartment and reached out for help from our rescue. The cats are now fully vetted and ready for adoption.  Unfortunately, they both tested positive for FIV.  That means the duo is immunocompromised and they need to be kept indoors, where they are less likely to pick up an infection. FIV is contagious so they need to be the only cats in the house.  These gorgeous Siamese mix kitties are so sweet and affectionate, they are the perfect pair for someone who wants exotic looking cats to be their loving companions. They have been through a lot together and they are very bonded. They must be adopted together. January 31, 2026, 5:45 pm
