💔 Mufasa & Rajah Are Coming Back to Us... Again. This is one of those posts we really wish we didn’t have to make. Sweet Mufasa and Rajah are being returned to us once again, and our hearts hurt for everyone involved. These boys are incredibly loving with their adult humans, but we’ve learned that they simply do not thrive in a home with young children. They are nervous and timid around little ones and need a calm, quiet environment where they can finally feel completely safe and settled. Their wonderful family has truly tried everything to help them adjust and wanted so badly for this to work. But at the end of the day, it isn’t fair to Mufasa and Rajah to live feeling anxious, and it isn’t fair to the children who just want to love and interact with them. Sometimes loving an animal means recognizing that your home may not be the home they need. Mufasa and Rajah MUST go to a quiet, adult-only home. Older, calm teenagers may be okay. They need someone patient who will give them the security and stability they deserve. Most of all, we desperately want their next home to be their last home. They have already had their little worlds turned upside down more than once.
