Story
Special dude looking for the purr-fect family. Hi, my name is Lotus, but I answer to Potato because my foster family says I look like a potato. I am a super sweet 6 month old siamese mix with a special condition. The good news is with environment modifications I will be just fine. You see, I have what's called fainting cat syndrome, Myotonia Congenita. Anytime that I get startled, try to pounce or jump I stiffen up and fall over, it only last for a few seconds. I am a compact dude as well because my muscles are contracted most of the time. My environment modifications would include food/water being accessible on the floor, no climbing or low climbing situations, and as little startles as possible. I love to cuddle so if you put me on the couch or bed I will cuddle but you have to remember to put me back on the floor when you get up. I am in a very active household that includes a German Shepherd, yorkie and older cats and kittens. I have also been exposed to children as young as 6 months up to teenagers with no issues. In fact, my foster nephew, who's 1, has chosen me as his favorite and I'm ok with that. I have perfect litter box skills and do like to play with cat toys, balls and string, I just don't play like a normal kitten would. If all of that didn't overwhelm you and you are still interested in me please reach out to my friends at Habitat4paws.org and inquire about me. **Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. For more on adoption policies, please see the How it Works page of our website, www.habitat4paws.org.

Meow! Buford is my name! A charming name for an even more charming boy. That fits me purrfectly. I am a gorgeous chocolate point Siamese with the biggest bright blue eyes you’d ever see! My caretakers think that this makes me just that much cuter. Now enough about my amazing looks, and more about my personality. I am 100% a patient cat who is surely a love bug too. I absolutely LOVE attention and cuddles. I am also very, VERY talkative. If I am not getting attention, I will meow and meow until your attention is on only me. Being close to my people is just the thing I love most. But there is one thing I love more than people, and that is my brother, Kingsley! We are certainly bonded to each other. Wherever he is, I am following right behind, ready for our amazing cuddles! With us being so close, we just can't be separated. This means we must find a home where we are adopted together. Along with this, My brother and I are both special needs. We both have very similar medical needs and issues. When we first came to The Charming Cat Corner, our caretakers noticed that we were having trouble walking. After a vet visit, we were both diagnosed with arthritis, heart murmurs, and I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. But now that we are on medication, walking is 10x easier! I got the unlucky end of the stick, needing more medication compared to my brother. But even though I don’t like my medicine, I sure am a good boy when it is time for me to take it. My brother and I have had a rocky search for our furr-ever home. We have been in and out of homes and shelters all our lives. I really hope that our new family will be our final home. I really want to have a cozy couch to curl up on, with my brother and family by my side of course. That would be my dream come true! Could we be the special boys for you? Meet us today. I am crossing my paws that we are the ones you've been looking for!

Meowdy! Kingsley, that is me! A regal name for a charming kitty; one who is sure to steal your heart! I am a gorgeous chocolate point Siamese with the biggest bright blue eyes you’d ever see! My caretakers think that this makes me just that much cuter. Now enough about my amazing looks, and more about well… ME. So, I will start by saying that I am sure a sweetheart. I am as sweet as pie that is for sure! I love anyone that will give me attention. I'm just a happy, easygoing boy! I do great with kids and adults alike. As long as I get attention, I will be there right by your side. Another thing about me; I LOVE belly rubs. But nothing beats good ol’ head pats. Those are my favorites. I have a brother here at The Charming Cat Corner. His name is Buford. We are 100% two peas in a pod. Wherever he is, I am following not too far behind. We absolutely LOVE each other, thus meaning we must be adopted out together. We are just too close to separate. Along with this, My brother and I are both special needs. We both have very similar needs and issues. When we first came to The Charming Cat Corner, our caretakers noticed that we were having trouble walking. We found her wandering our neighborhood hungry and with a cut on her chin. She is not microchipped and no one has come forward as her owner. She is loving and wants a forever home. She is very much like most Siamese - she talks a lot, craves attention and wants to be a lap cat.

Story
**Meet Leonardo ("Leo") - A Playful Siamese Mix Looking for His Forever Home!** Leonardo is a handsome white Siamese mix with a big personality! He loves hanging out with other cats and is gradually getting used to dogs. He enjoys snuggling up in cozy blankets or even the bathroom sink, but don't be fooled - this curious guy is always ready to dash off on his next adventure. Leonardo has a playful attitude, especially when he's hiding - and good luck getting him out! He does well with children and is slowly transitioning from his indoor cage to exploring the house. If you're looking for a cat who loves to cuddle but also enjoys his independence, Leonardo just might be your perfect match!
