Sugar, everyone loves Sugar! She is so sweet and will greet you at the door when you come home with a sweet meow. She even comes to greet you and meow if you enter the room she is in. As a kitten, she rode in her foster's heavy winter coat pocket. She no longer fits in pockets but will ride around the house on your shoulder if you let her. Interested in one of our cats/dogs? All our cats/dogs will be spayed/neutered, heart worm tested (dogs-age appropriate), FeLV/FIV test (cat/litter), microchipped, and current on vaccinations. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We review all applications received to ensure that the animal and the applicant are a good match based on personal experiences with the animal. These animals live in foster homes with us, so we are familiar with their habits and behaviors. Home visits may be required prior to adoption approval. Cotton is a beautiful white boy with tangerine tips.  Very laid back and easy going, loves belly rubs and sitting on laps, also he is very polite and waits for his turn if another cat is getting attention. At night Cotton will sit at your hip waiting for pets and as soon as you do, whomp over he goes, belly up and hugs your hand, very sweet boy and does well with other cats. Oh, hi there! My name is Juney! I am definitely a gorgeous gal, don't you agree? I have the deepest blue eyes that will surely have you lost at sea. I am a cat who can get overstimulated at times, but overall, I do have a calm aura. With that said, I love attention just when I want it. My caregivers would like to state that I would do better in a home with laidback/respectful kids if none at all. However, I do get along with other feline kitties, but I do need my own space for sure. I need someone who is experienced in cat behavior and will understand how to accommodate my specific needs. So i got her two years ago in a bad snow storm, and have been unsuccessful in finding an adopter. I would be fine waiting long but now im taking in two young children and she cant handle that stress. She is a very shy and skidish baby and it took me months just to touch her. She is super sweet to me and wants to just be a lap cat. she has sister cats but every now and then she gets feisty so im thinking just an only kitty would be best and not to an elderly person. She is too underfoot. I have worked with her and tried to help her not be so shy and as of a few months ago i think we got as good as we will get. After a few visits she will stay out and let a stranger slowly pat her head. I dont know her age but i dont think she is a senior cat. I just want her to be happy and not stressed all the time when im alone with her its like a whole new kitty then when she is with me and her sister cats. I want that for her to just be natural and just be her goofy self.I will travel 4hrs to meet!
