AJ is 19 years old. He is a great cat. We have 4 cats in our home and as he has gotten older, he is not happy being around the other cats. AJ would do great as an only cat in the home. He doesn’t have any health issues.

Story
*SPECIAL NEEDS* This is Jonah, a most handsome 2 year old Seal Point Siamese mix male. Jonah was living as a stray outside at an apartment complex. He and some of his good buddies were being fed by a good Samaritan. The lady that fed him thought he was too nice to be living outdoors, so she contacted NBCR for help finding Jonah a home. We are very glad she did! Jonah is extremely shy when you first meet him, but he gradually warms up to you and enjoys getting pets and ear rubs, and will purr in gratitude. He sure seems to like life on the inside, with a steady supply of food and naps. Jonah has tested positive for both the FIV and feline leukemia virus. Both are viruses that can impact longevity, mainly the leukemia virus. To be clear, he does not have leukemia, but carries the virus that may cause cancer in the future. Cats with this virus generally don't live a long life, maybe up to 5-6 years, although we've known a few cats that have lived to be 8 years old. (Please see links below for more resources.) Jonah is currently healthy and feeling well, and had no problem recovering from his neuter surgery or receiving vaccinations. He doesn't currently require any medication and, for the foreseeable future, should be able to live life just like a regular cat. He's a good-natured boy that take it all in stride! Jonah is microchipped and currently in a foster home. His adoption fee is $105. Story
I adopted Milky from the SPCA about 2 years ago, and unfortunately I am having to downsize, and no longer have space for 2 cats. It would be extremely unfair to them. He is about 4 1/2 years old, and by far the sweetest cat I have met in my life, and I grew up around cats. Milky would be the PERFECT family cat if you have young kids. He doesnt have a mean bone in his body, and all he wants to do is snuggle! He is extremely friendly and outgoing, and will greet anyone who comes into your home. He loves to go outside on the patio, and really is the sweetest, most playful cat.

Story
Meet handsome Chaz. He was found by a kind person along with his siblings and, at first, he was a bit hesitant to enjoy the humans in his loving foster home. But now, he is fabulous and friendly and a happy boy!! He is a beautiful Siamese mix with stripes on his legs. It’s been a journey of love from his foster family and Chaz now sees the benefits of liking people and all the happy they can bring! You can hear a literal "click" when he turns on his purr box. He enjoys cheek pets, full body pets and ear scratches. When he’s not lounging adorably he can be found scratching cat posts or chasing toys.  He loves spinning ball toys, springs and finger pouncing. His estimated birth date is May 1, 2023. Cats adopted from TMHPR are indoor only. ##1778346##

Story
Say hello to Tiny Diamond!  This gorgeous Lynx Point Siamese girl and her brother Branch were found in a feral colony and their rescuer knew they did not belong there and asked TMHPR to take them into the adoption program. They LOVE being indoor cats now. The indoor life is the bomb.   Tiny Diamond is beautiful and funny and is great friends with the foster family's resident cat . She also loves and adores her brother Branch (a handsome Sealpoint Siamese also available for adoption). She will work hard to befriend any cats in their future home and will be a great playmate for a resident cat who needs a buddy.  Tiny Diamond loves being petted while she lounges on the floor and is learning to like being petted while hanging out on the couch with her foster mom and dad. She asks for pets frequently throughout the day and purrs loudly about when she gets them. She can be heard chirping and trilling all the time. It is quite adorable.   Tiny Diamond and her brother Branch would be a wonderful bonded sibling pair to add to your family!  We would like them to be adopted together by an adopter who is experienced with timid cats learning to trust and patient with them as they adjust to a new environment. The best home would have an affectionate cat to buddy up with. Tiny Diamond has come a long way since her rescue and will continue to flourish in a loving and patient environment. The best  news is that they are constantly looking for and enjoying more human contact and learning about this from the resident cat.    Her estimated birth date is May 1, 2023.  Cats adopted from TMHPR are indoor only. ##1778345##
