Story
Lily is such a beautiful young girl, she really loves attention. She was rescued from a colony in June and is about 1 year. She is negative for FeLV/FIV she was spayed, vaccinated and microchipped . Her foster mom says she full of energy but has not had time to see how she would do with her cats so we're unsure about that. She really is such a cute girl

Story
Meet Luigi!  He and his brother and sister came to TMHPR from a local animal shelter. They are currently living in a loving foster home. His foster mom reports that this boy is easy going and loves a good face rub. He loves people and wrestling with cat brothers (both fosters and resident cats!). He also enjoys a tasty meal. He hass THE most beautiful blue eyes on this Flamepoint Siamese boy and he is a handsome guy. Super sweet and handsome - the whole cat package. He is super bonded with his Orange Tabby brother Mario and this would be a double adoption. This is a perfect pair to add to your family. His estimated birth date is November 8, 2024. Cats adopted from TMHPR are indoor only. ##2305903##

Please note, we will be unable to respond to inquiries via Adopt-a-pet and Petfinder. All applications must be submitted on our website.  Please keep an eye on your spam folder. Emailed responses often end up in spam folders!  Hi there! My name is Panini, and I'm a super-duper cute 10-week-old kitten ready to find my forever home! I'm told I'm quite the little genius—I love exploring and figuring things out. My curiosity leads me on all sorts of adventures, and I'm not afraid of anything! You'll often find me pouncing on toys (or my brother, Hoagie!), because playing is my absolute favorite. I'm a pretty confident girl, and I've been told I'm really good with people and even big, friendly dogs! Yep, I live with two pups right now, and we get along famously. Speaking of friends, I have a brother named Hoagie who's my best buddy. We're a dynamic duo and we love to play together, so we'd really, really like to be adopted as a pair. We promise double the purrs and double the fun! Are you ready for two adorable kittens to brighten your life? Panini is too young to be eligible for a full adoption. However, she is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program!  Foster-to-Adopt Program Details We are an all-volunteer, foster-based, non-profit organization We don’t have a physical location; all cats and kittens live in foster homes until they are formally adopted. Our foster-to-adopt program allows us to match cats and kittens with their forever family before they’re eligible for adoption. Eligible cats and kittens are placed in a foster’s home with the intention of adoption after required medical care is completed. Foster-to-Adopt foster parents are required to schedule and bring their cats(s) and/or kitten(s) to veterinary appointments at the Animal Medical Center of Richardson as needed.  Foster-to-adopters must meet all of the eligibility requirements RHS has for adopters.  Cats and kittens eligible for our foster-to-adopt program must pay a $50 non-refundable deposit at time of drop-off that will be deducted from the animal’s adoption fee of $135.  Our Adoption Process: Meet the Adoption Criteria. Before you do anything else, make sure you meet our adoption criteria. You must be at least 21 years old. You must live within a 60-mile radius of Richardson, Texas. You must share veterinary records for all pets currently in your home and all pets owned in the last five years. All pets in the home must be spayed or neutered. If you rent your home, you must provide verification that pets are allowed on the property. You must be willing to be interviewed by an adoption counselor and you must undergo an in person or virtual home visit from an RHS representative. Complete Application.  https://www.richardsonhumanesociety.org/adopt/ Phone Interview/Vet Check. Compatible applicants will be forwarded to a counselor who will contact the applicant for a phone interview. We also get a reference from your vet, if applicable. Home Visit. If all the steps above are completed satisfactorily, we will set up a visit where you can meet the pet you are interested in. We will try to include the foster parent so you can learn more about how the pet is in a home environment. Due to COVID, we may ask you to send a video of your yard and the pet's expected living space. Complete Adoption. If all feel it is a good match, we will schedule the adoption at your home or an off-site location. The applicant will need to complete the adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Our adoption fee is $250 for adult dogs, $300 for puppies (under 1 year) and $135 for cats. Discounts are available for senior-aged pets. ##2407706##

Story
Ronni HAS to be the only cat in the household. Period. She gets over stimulated and will love bite. My 10 year old loves her and does not momd , but she has to stay confined to her room since she does not get along with other cats. I do have one female foster cat that will run into the room and hang out with her for a while. For the most part, I do think they get along. So, having another cat isn't a hard no, it would just need to be a slow introduction. Ronni is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Story
All of our cats are current on vaccines, combo tested (FIV/FELV) , spayed/neutered, microchipped, given rabies vaccine as age appropriate, flea treatment and dewormer as needed   When the shelter called Cat Matchers, they said, "Know anybody who likes Siamese?  We have one here.  He's scared to death.  We have nicknamed him Pancake because all he wants to do is get under something as flat as possible and sit real still and hide." And, that's exactly what he did when he got to the foster mom's house - he hid.  For days.  One day she said to him, "Listen Buddy, I'm going to show you how to be a cat."  And, the name stuck . . . Buddy was much better than Pancake.  And, then the training began. Buddy has come a long, long way.  He is sleeping on the bed with his foster mom and jumping on her lap . . . but he's still not the kind of cat who will greet company at the door or be friendly to everybody right off the bat.  He will take a good long while to warm up, but then he will be your best friend.  Needs a special-hearted, patient, cat-loving adopter.  Would probably be best as an only child unless the other cats were tolerant and very, very friendly so he doesn't have to spend the rest of his life hiding under the bed from them. About 2 years old, neutered, tested negative for feline leukemia/AIDS and current on shots. System No. DB-101-23 - DOB:  2/8/2023 To know more about this beauty, please fill out an adoption application and a Catmatchers volunteer would contact you soon:     https://catmatchers.org/adoptions/adoption_application_page/ **Want to adopt?
