Story
Meet Ramsey! Say hello to Ramsey! When we first met Ramsey, he was very cautious around people. However, with some fun training sessions, he has really started to come out of his shell and show us the goofy guy he is. Ramsey is a sensitive guy who responds well to clear guidance and patience. He loves playing with toys and enjoys a good game of fetch... even though he's not totally good at it. Sometimes he's just happy to relax with a chew toy by himself. This guy would do awesome in a home with people that love to go on hikes or even nice strolls around the neighborhood!Ramsey thrives on a consistent schedule or routine. He is not suitable for homes with children and can be selective with certain dogs. Making tremendous progress in his training, the ideal adopter will need to continue his training and provide him with the understanding and care that he needs. To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. We don't get to all of the inquiries but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Beethoven!Beethoven, is thriving and proving to be a truly lovable, gentle giant! With his larger-than-life presence, he's been a hit with everyone who's met him. Although he's a big boy, he's incredibly gentle and would do wonderfully with older kids who can handle his size.Beethoven 1 year old and is playful yet careful, still exhibiting the spirited nature of a puppy. He loves to "talk," cuddle, and go for walks. His demeanor strikes the perfect balance between chill and playful, making him a joy to be around.Introducing Beethoven to other dogs requires a bit of care, as his size and enthusiastic bark can be intimidating at first. However, once the initial introduction is over, he becomes fast friends with other pups.Beethoven is the epitome of a Velcro dog-he adores his people and sticks close by. While he may not be thrilled about entering a crate, once inside, he settles down with a toy or bone. Impressively, he can stay out all day without any accidents, as long as he has his favorite toys and bones to keep him occupied.Overall, Beethoven's best trait is his wonderful personality. He's a giant bundle of love, ready to bring joy and companionship to any home!To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt It doesn't obligate you, but it is the first step. Story
This is Lucy, she is a 3 year old Saint Bernard. She has been with us since she was 8 weeks old. She is incredibly sweet, loves to play and be goofy but loves really long drawn out naps. Information about Lucy: - 3 years old - not spayed - purebred - has not been registered with the AKC, but we have the paperwork so that if that is something you desire to do then you may - not microchipped - house trained - knows basic commands (sit, stay, will sit before being fed and wait for you to say the command that we say for her to eat, etc.) - good with dogs - good with cats - good with children - has not be vaccinated past her 8 week shots - no special needs - she is not a jumper - she weighs 120 lbs She has been a very sweet and energetic dog. She is not a good fit for our home with small children and her size. We are hoping to find a really loving and stable home for Lucy.

Story
In search of a new home for my Saint Bernard Mix, Nola. She is about a year old. She has a very playful and loving personality. When she gets to playing it can be difficult to get her to stop, although she tends to play roughly. She is mostly house trained, but needs a schedule. She does get restless quite quickly, and needs lots of playtime. She weighs about 75lbs and is on adult dog food.
