Meet Champ  The Underdog Ready to Win Your Heart Champ isn't just his name- it's who he is. This 2-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix (71 lbs) has spent 444 days waiting as of 06/18/26, and through it all, he has never stopped believing that his person is out there. As one of our Diamond Dogs, his adoption fee is just $75- but the loyalty, devotion, and heart he brings are truly priceless. Champ is the kind of dog who forms a deep, unbreakable bond with his person. He is incredibly people-focused, always looking to connect, and thrives when he has someone to call his own. Once you're in his circle, you're everything to him. He walks beautifully on a leash, is intelligent and eager to learn, and does best with structure, routine, and confident leadership. Champ is not just looking for a home- he's looking for a teammate, someone who will guide him, believe in him, and let him be the loyal companion he was meant to be. Champ would do best in a home with older children or adults who are comfortable with a large, strong dog. He is not a match for homes with cats or small animals and will require a securely fenced yard (6Âפ ft, no chain link). He may do well with a submissive female dog or thrive as the only pet where he can fully focus on his person.
