Story
Introducing the Batman! While he may not be the *real* Batman, this delightful canine version is here to steal your heart! This charming labradoodle is around 2.5 years old. Although he can't patrol the city for crime, he certainly has the energy to play endlessly with all his furry friends. He adores both people and other dogs and is fully house-trained. He will be participating in the Paws In Prison program to refine his doggy skills and become the ultimate best friend upon graduation.

Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet. This very mellow fellow is the greatest mild mannered companion you would want.  He knows all of his commands and very smart to learn more.  NOODLES is 2 years old and 55 pounds.  He was abandoned in a city park by his owners and they must have loved him at one point and spent a lot of time with him because he is very into his humans, knows commands and well behaved.  Unfortunately he was very matted and needed to be shaved down to make him feel better instead of properly groomed. He walks very well on a leash and rides in the car without getting sick.  He is not high energy but he really enjoys going on walks and he does not pull the leash.  One of the pictures is what he looked like when found and before he was groomed. NOODLES is a doodle and can be mistaken for a pure breed Standard Poodle.  He is crate trained and house trained. If you are interested in adopting NOODLES, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         June 21, 2026, 9:46 am

Story
-Redman Milo is everything people love about a Doodle—a happy, affectionate, people-oriented companion whose greatest joy in life is simply being with his humans. At 2 years old and 55 pounds, he’s the perfect age: past the tiny puppy stage but still young, playful, and ready for a lifetime of adventures with the family he deserves. Milo isn’t looking for a new home because of behavior issues. In fact, he’s a wonderful dog. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, well-mannered, and thrives on love and attention. His heart is happiest when he’s close to his people, soaking up every ear scratch, belly rub, and kind word. Sadly, Milo’s family has experienced a major life change. His dad’s job now requires extensive travel as a construction worker, and the entire family must travel with him. That leaves Milo spending long stretches in boarding, and the financial burden has simply become too much. They have made the heartbreaking decision to find him a stable, loving home where he can finally settle in and never have to wonder where he belongs again. Milo’s ideal family will have the time to include him in everyday life. He would love a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, and enjoy the outdoors before coming inside to relax with his favorite people. Whether it’s walks, weekend adventures, or quiet evenings on the couch, Milo simply wants to be part of the family. If you’ve been searching for a loyal companion who will greet you with a wagging tail, unconditional love, and endless devotion, Redman Milo may be the one you’ve been waiting for. He has so much love to give and is hoping his next home will truly be his forever home. Could you be the family he’s watching and waiting for? If you can offer Redman Milo the loving, permanent home he deserves, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. He’s ready to leave this chapter behind and begin the happiest one of his life—with you.     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 21, 2026, 9:14 pm

Story
Hello! My name is Louie, and I am a Standard Poodle, about 6 years old, born on 2/26/2020, weigh 64 lbs, and Im very debonair with touches of silver in my soft, curly black coat, and a docked tail. I was living a good life in San Antonio, Texas, adopted as a puppy from a breeder in Arkansas. I was living with 3 dog housemates, but when our owner became ill, we were all surrendered to various dog rescues. I can't lie, it was a very rough first week for me being away from everyone I loved, waiting by the door at my foster home, and crying all night, wishing I could be back with my family. My foster parents were heartbroken for me, but with extra love and patience, I started feeling happy again. These days, with the past behind me, I am doing great and ready for a new life in a new forever home. My foster parents want you to know that I am a wonderful boy with a great, easygoing personality, smart, calm, and kind. Im friendly with everyone, young and old, and although Im friendly with other dogs, they are not my focus, because my heart belongs to people. I LOVE going for walks, whether it's a leisurely stroll, a slow jog, or even a ride in the car; my happy place is by your side. I enjoy playing fetch and snacking on dog treats, especially watermelon and apples, and you should know that snuggling is my specialty! Yep, I am very affectionate, not kissy, but I bond wholeheartedly, basically velcro, and will follow you everywhere, including sleeping in your room at night. I am housebroken and good in a crate while the humans are away. To sum up, I am friendly, sweet, loving, and loyal, and Im ready to meet you! Inquire about me today. * 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Story
Adopt Ty! 🐾 Ty is estimated to be 3-4 years old, and is a purebred Standard Poodle weighing around 60 pounds. His foster family says he’s truly as sweet as they come. This lovable boy has a wonderful personality and so much love to give. He quickly becomes everyone’s best friend and absolutely loves meeting new people. Ty thrives on companionship and being part of the family. Ty has excellent house manners and is fully housebroken. He can be trusted out of a crate when left alone and is not destructive in the home. He sleeps soundly through the night for 8–9 hours and is generally a very quiet dog, only barking occasionally if he hears an unusual noise outside. This handsome guy enjoys his routines, especially his long morning walks, and he always has a healthy appetite! Like many curious pups, he has occasionally been known to “counter surf,” and he could benefit from some continued work on basic commands and training. He will also need regular professional grooming every 4-6 weeks to keep him looking and feeling his best! Ty has only been in the car a couple of times, but with patience and more positive experiences, we think he’ll get used to it quickly. We are still learning about how he interacts with other dogs (he has been around them in previous living situations), so proper slow introduction will be necessary for safe integration. We prefer he goes to a home without cats at this time. We think Ty would thrive in a forever home where he has plenty of companionship during the day, as well as plenty of structured exercise. He would likely do wonderfully with an active and experienced family (kids age 8+) who would enjoy playing with him and including him in daily life. A fenced yard is ideal. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion with a gentle heart, Ty may be your perfect match! ❤️ Apply here: www.pprct.org

DOB 6-1-2025 This sweet Poodle Is crate trained and loves to go for walks on her leash. Ella has been spayed, she is Heartworm negative and received a ProHeart6 preventative injection. She is up to date on shots and dental work and weighs about 45 pounds. Ella gets along well with other dogs and LOVES her toys and playing in her back yard. Her adoption fee is 950.00 and her transport fee is 165.00. Our transport is HEARTS LLC. they are a wonderful transport delivering pets to the East Coast every other weekend The first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.
