Story
Meet Percy – Your New Adventure Buddy! 🐾 Percy is a 4-year-old Goldendoodle with a heart full of love and energy to match! This playful, affectionate pup is ready to find his forever home where he can thrive as the fun-loving companion he was born to be. Percy is great with other dogs and would love a canine buddy to romp around with. He’s an active boy who enjoys walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. Whether it’s a game of fetch in the yard or a hike on the trails, Percy is always up for an adventure. Because of his enthusiasm and energy, Percy would do best in a home with older kids (12+) who can keep up with his playful spirit. He's not a fan of cats, so a feline-free home is a must. This sweet, curly-coated guy is looking for a family who will give him the love, structure, and activity he needs to be his best self. If you’re looking for a loyal, energetic, and endlessly lovable best friend, Percy might just be your perfect match! Ready to meet Percy? Fill out an adoption application on our website forrescue.net today and come see if he’s the one for you! He is being fostered in Huntsville, AL.

Story
Meet Oats, a SUPER sweet ~6 year old spayed female poodle/doodle mix, weighing about 42 lbs! She was picked up as a stray by animal control in east TN and has been transported to New England to find her furever home! She is currently being fostered in southern NH. Oats's coat was quite matted and unkempt when she came to us, so she has been shaved. We can't wait to see her transformation once her hair starts growing back in and her coat is properly cared for!  Despite a neglectful past, Oats is a very happy and friendly girl who loves everyone she has met so far! Good with other dogs, cats, people, and kids. She is a docile, mellow girl who would make an excellent companion. Looking for a cuddlebug? Oats is your girl! She loves to be held and pet, truly a super sweetheart! Oats is medically up to date and housebroken. Apply to meet this special girl today!  Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2581588##

Story
Hey, I’m Luke — a 5-year-old, 65 pounds. Standard Poodle with a soft heart and a dream for a forever family. I’m the kind of dog who notices things quietly: the sound of your footsteps, the way sunlight moves across the floor, the gentle tone in your voice. I’ve had a few uncertain chapters in my life, so I take my time getting comfortable. But once I trust you, I’ll be your best friend. I’m a sweet, gentle soul who prefers kindness over chaos. New places and faces can make me a little nervous at first, but patience is the key with me. I get along great with other dogs. If you have other four legged friends already in your home, I would be happy to join the pack. Are you looking for a loyal companion who will love you deeply once he knows he’s home for good? Look no further! Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). We are a 501c3, tax deductible organization. ANCAR is a foster-based rescue, and we adopt within a 90 mile radius of Bedford Hills, NY. You will find the adoption application here: (https://anewchancear.org/adopt/adoption-application/). All fields on the application must be completed. Please read about the adoption process (https://www.anewchancear.org/adopt/our-adoption-process/) so you'll know what to expect when you submit. Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care. Please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested in prior to submitting an application. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health, safety and adoption success of that dog. We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://www.anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering and microchipping before transporting our dogs. We provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources. If you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://www.anewchancear.org/help/donate/). We are a 501c3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. It is only through the kindness of supporters like you that we are 'changing lives...one tail at a time' by providing our dogs with 'A New Chance.' (https://anewchancear.org) Thanks so much.

Story
Meet Kobe, a loving 2 year old Standard Poodle, looking for his forever home. Kobe is bursting with love and friendliness! This curly haired, sweet neutered boy is searching for a new family to love. He's neutered, current on all his vaccinations and has been well-cared for by his previous family, who unfortunately can no longer care for him. Kobe has that wonderful poodle energy and intelligence. He is smart and eager to please. When he is happy (which is always) he shows it with his whole body. Kobe is a sweet boy who needs an experienced owner with a firm, consistent approach to training. We are committed to working with Kobe’s new family to help train him to channel all that enthusiasm. This handsome boy is ready to bring joy, laughter, and unconditional love to his new home. With the right guidance, this lovable goofball will become an amazing companion. He just needs someone who can match his energy with calm, confident leadership. Be sure to complete an application on line and come say hello to Kobe at our Meet & Greet Saturdays 11:30-1:30. If you are interested in this dog, please submit an application directly to our website at www.ny-petrescue.org. Only applications submitted directly to Petrescue will be considered.

Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.Okay, GRACIE does not look too beautiful in these pictures but she is in person and her soul is really beautiful.  GRACIE is a wonderful dog who I rescued from the streets of San Antonio, TX.  She had been hanging out at a bank, just sitting there waiting for someone to rescue her.  She was so happy to be saved.  She is for sure a very loyal and loving dog. I am going to try to groom her this weekend and get better pictures of her but she is an all black dog and those pictures are hard to take and to make them clear.  Her coat is wavy/curly and she does allow you to groom her and she takes a good bath.  GRACIE is a poodle/terrier mix who is 3 years old and 51 pounds. GRACIE's main purpose in life is to play.  She would do best in a home with another dog as a playmate.  For sure she would occupy that dog's time and energy!  GRACIE plays, eats and sleeps to get ready to play again.  She deserves a second chance at having a loving home.  I wish I knew why she was tossed away on the streets because she is such a good girl and I have no problems out of her. She loves to go on walks or do anything that involves receiving love.  She is really a pets pet and will not bother you around the house.  I have on good thoughts and great things to say about her. If you are interested in adopted GRACIE, please submit an application on the website below.  Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org     ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         June 20, 2025, 10:18 am
