Fred ( front ) and Ethel .. were surrendered to SI ACC. Fred is about 2 and Ethel is maybe a year ...she acts like a puppy. They pretty much eat,sleep, and, play together. Fred will sometimes grumble when he wants space from my dogs or sometimes from Ethel.. nothing more than noise, though. They are very sweet and loving pups. Ethel will lay on my head or chest and Fred tries to get as close as possible. They are both desperate for love. This pair would make a great addition to any family,but with older children...Fred can be growly at times! they are young, happy, playful and ready to be part of a forever home. Two is always better than one!!!They are app 20 lbs each. AND Yes, poodle type hair. Dominique is an extremely handsome, very social, black, with a touch of white on his chest, male standard poodle born on 3/4/23. He currently weighs about 60 pounds and is a burning, burning hunk of love for sure, so it goes without waying that Dominique loves attention and is ready to bond with his special human. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative, received a Proheart 6 shot and is also being kept on flea and tick prevention to maintain his good health. His adoption donation is $700.00 plus $165 transport fee If you would like to adopt Dominique the first step in the adoption process is to fill out an online adoption application. You can find a copy of that application here. We sometimes receive a lot of interest on an animal and can't always reply to each email in a timely manner. An application does not obligate you to adopt from us, but it does show that you are serious about the adoption process. Please remember we are all volunteers. After you submit your application, please allow a few days for a volunteer to review your application. During this time your vet reference will be checked and a volunteer with determine if it is the best match for you and the animal. Applications are not approved on a first come, first serve basis. We match up the best home for the animal, so even if the pet has other applications, this does not mean he/she will be adopted to that home. Once your application has been approved a volunteer with contact you to set up a phone interview. This is the perfect time for you to ask any questions you have about the adoption process and the animal you are interested in.
