She arrived on transport Saturday thanks to our friends at Help Four Paws out of Milton, Florida. We are so grateful for their help getting this sweet girl to us! our friends at Pavilion Crossing Animal Hospital were able to get her in right away so we could bring her up-to-date on shots, and while she was there, we snapped a few Halloween pics!! DeeDee is a delightful little soul who needs a little polish on her manners and leash skills. She loves her people so much that she likes to jump up to give hugs! She’ll need a family willing to help her learn to keep all four paws on the floor. For that reason, no small children, please. She weighs 35 lbs and could stand to gain a little weight. DeeDee needs a foster or pre-adopter, with priority given to pre-adopters! This is Benji, he is a Standar poodle and weighs about 47 pounds. I adopted him a couple months ago to be the companion of my brother in law since he is constantly in the road as a truck driver. Unfortunately Benji is not a fan of spending most of his time in a truck.He is potty trained, he is very good with kids and other dogs. I adopted him when he had just turn 1 year old and as far as I know, he has not been introduced to cats. He is still young, about to turn 2 years old so he is energetic and loves a good play time. He has no medical conditions. He does have a sensitive tummy so a strict dog food diet is a must. He doesn’t like to spend a lot of time alone and loves to share room with his humans, specially at night.
