Story
KenjiMalePoodle MixDOB: 03/20/26Adoption Fee: $225Kenji here! Yep, the little guy with the adorable fuzzy ears. I'm looking for a place to call home. I absolutely love playing in the yard with all my friends. I'm learning something the ladies call "manners", but I just know I get lots of treats when I do something cute. I think I would like a home with another pup to play with- ooh and a kid or two, those are fun! I know I've got some growing and learning to do, but with you by my side, I promise to be the best boy ever. Would you come meet me? I'll be on my best behavior! Please read the animal bios completely before requesting additional information as we do our best to answer the most frequently ask questions in these bios. In order to adopt one of our animals an application must be submitted and approved. You can find these applications by going to http://humanemorgan.org/index.php?page=adoption ABOUT ADOPTING FROM THE HSMC: The shelter address is 1170 Fairground Rd. Madison, GA 30650. For more information on any of our pets, please feel free to email us at INFO@HUMANEMORGAN.ORG give us a call at 706-343-9977. All dogs are heartworm negative, current on vaccines/dewormings, and microchipped. All cats are current on vaccines/deworming, and microchipped. We are open 12pm-5pm Sunday-Friday and 10 am-5pm on Saturday, we schedule our last adoption at 4pm everyday to allow our staff enough time to feed and walk dogs. We are an animal shelter and therefore are not able to individually potty train our residents. Many adult dogs do arrive “house broken” however due to animal behavior any change in environment will make an emotional impact on the animals and therefore initiate unwanted behaviors during the acclamation period. Please keep this in mind. Puppies do not have the biological maturity to maintain absolute bladder or bowel control and will require a certain degree of potty training and house breaking. Please consider the time and commitment it takes to provide the necessary building blocks for these special babies, prior to submitting your application. If you have any questions please email us at info@humanemorgan.org and provide name of the animal you are interested in, in the subject line. Thank you, HSMC Staff ADOPTION FEES Adoption Fees may change without notice. Story
Requirements - securely fenced in yard - no small children - someone home more often than not Blaine is an approximately 1-year-old Poodle/Poodle mix with a heart as big as he is! At around 45 pounds, he’s a tall, lanky guy who looks and feels even bigger than the scale suggests. This handsome boy has settled beautifully into foster care. He’s crate trained, rides well in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and has had very few accidents in his foster home. Blaine also has a gorgeous, thick curly coat that gives him that classic fluffy look—but it does require commitment. His future family should be prepared for regular, thorough brushing and routine professional grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best. Blaine’s favorite thing in the world? His people. He is incredibly affectionate and wants nothing more than to be by your side, soaking up all the love and attention you have to offer. He’s wonderful with people and respectful children, but because he’s a big, enthusiastic boy, he’d do best with older kids since he could accidentally knock over little ones during play or excitement. Blaine is looking for a family that will adore him as much as he’ll adore them. Because he thrives on companionship, he’d be happiest in a home where someone is home most of the time and can include him in daily life. If you’re searching for a loyal best friend who will shower you with affection, join you on adventures, and happily curl up by your side at the end of the day, Blaine may be the perfect match. Thank you for your interest in one of our furry kids! Adopting from Releash Atlanta means you will adopt a dog that has been fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and medically cleared!! While we make our best guesses, we often don’t know what breeds our kiddos are made of. We cannot guarantee our guesses will always be right but CAN guarantee they are 100% good dogs! Our adoption fee is $350. **We only adopt to families in/around Atlanta, Ga (about a 1-2 hour perimeter)** If you are interested in any of our dogs, please visit https://releashatlanta.com/adoptable-dogs.php to either view more of their profile or to apply to adopt! Story
Meet Sasha, a beautiful 7 year old Standard Poodle, weighing 65 pounds with the sweetest, most affectionate personality. She has a gorgeous soft beige coat with a white chest that makes her just as beautiful on the outside as she is on the inside. Sasha is fully house trained and walks beautifully on leash. She has wonderful manners around people of all ages and absolutely loves being close to her humans. Her perfect day includes exploring a fenced backyard, enjoying lots of affection, napping through the day, and settling in for bedtime at 8:00 p.m., where she'll happily sleep through the night like the good girl she is. She does get scared with thunder and will cuddle close to you. Sasha would thrive as the only dog in the home or with other large dogs, but she is not a good fit for homes with small dogs. She's also a true foodie, so you'll want to keep a close eye on your snacks: nothing is safe on the counter, whether it's pizza or even a salad! Her playful love of food is just one of the many things that makes her so endearing. If you're searching for a loyal, cuddly, middle-aged companion who will shower you with love and be your constant sidekick, Sasha is ready to find her forever family. To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org Her adoption fee is $400, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, and heartworm testing.
