Lottie is a lovable 4 month old poodle mix. Her mom was a 40lb poodle and we are not sure about the dad.  She is VERY PLAYFUL. Her current foster home has 6 other dogs all sizes and she gets along very well with all of them, loves to run, play and wrestle! GREAT with kids, she has been raised with a very active five year old little boy and she doesn't appear to shed.  When she finally wears out she is a great snuggle buddy. At 4 months old Lottie weighs 16lbs.  She is crate trained, doing great with potty training and loves to play outside. Lottie needs an active family as she has tons of energy and a fenced yard is a must. Lottie will need to return to our vet in Jefferson GA at 6 months of age for spay. Her adoption fee is $350 and includes vaccines, spay and microchip.  Lottie is being fostered in Jefferson GA ##2751413##

Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption. Meet Rudy! Rudy is an adorable poodle mix who came to us from a hoarding/backyard breeding situation in South Georgia, along with 6 other dogs. We were told that Rudolph, who was part of the same group we rescued, is his brother and honestly they look so similar - we believe it! Rudy is about a year old and a sweet, sensitive soul.  He's great with all other dogs and cats and crate trained. Rudy is much more reserved than his brother, preferring to watch his friends play while he tries to figure out what it is they are doing. We doubt he had much opportunity to play or even just to enjoy being a playful, loved puppy in his former life. Rudy is looking for an experienced poodle/doodle home with at least one other adult dog and a fenced yard. We also want to mention that while these dogs are poodle/doodle mixes we have no idea how much poodle is actually in them and so we cannot say that they would be allergy friendly.   Interested in adopting? This is Frankie -he and his brothers and sisters (Diamond, Goldie, Maximus, and Midnight were voluntarily surrenderly to animal control because their owner admitted admitted they were not prepared to take care of a litter of standard poodles (both parents are poodles -one is white, the other is mostly black with a bit of white).  All of them are extremely sweet - they came in very matted and had to be shaved completely.  They will be gorgeous when their fur grows back completly.  They are at the perfect age to be adopted to a home with other pets and children.  They are all smart -some are just more outgoing than others but again, all of them are super sweet.  They are all healthy and up to date to this point - we know they will make excellent pets!  For adoption. please visit our website at www.myhstc.org and complete an adoption application. Adoption fee is $85 We prescreen all applicants prior to a meeting.  To be screened, please complete an application at www.myhstc.org We do allow out of state adoptions.  However, we do not ship nor transport sight unseen pets for many reasons.  We require travel in person adoption. ##2748921##
