Story
Jack will be 2 years old July 2025 He is full grown and currenlty about 80 lbs but skinny. He will probably be closer to 90-100 lbs at a good healthy weight. He is a big boy!  Jack is a large boy and he did not get any training as a young puppy, so now he is a large boy with lots of puppy stuff we are working through. He is new to crate training. With crate training, we are working on house training, leash walking  and basic manners (ie not jumping up on people) . Don't get me wrong, Jack is an amazing Mutt. He has sooo much potential. He just needs someone strong, disciplined and willing to work with him. Get him on a good predicatable routine/schedule. Jack is very treat motivated. He so enjoys simple praising "good boy, good boy."  He is soooo excited to have people spending time with him. He will jump up to give you a hug, but knock you over. with his excitement.  His perfect home would have other dogs he could play with, a fenced in yard  to run around in and a big cozy bed inside he can rest during the day. Crate training is a must until he has a little more training under his belt.  Unsure about cats. We are told that he loves kids, but keep in mind he is still learning manners and would probably knock over a young kid with his large size.  He is a doodle mix so grooming every 4-6 weeks is a must! and being a large dog, that can get expensive. PLEASE! make sure to budget that into your cost. This boy can also eat! He is currenlty on a large breed puppy food to gain some weight. He needs a good bit of food to substain his large size.  Being part mixed breed , we canNOT say that  he is hypoallergenic. If you have dog allergies, please do not apply! adoption fee $300 includes neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworms. To fill out an application visit https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/33868/generic ##2378599##

Story
Suzie & Mimi Are Looking for a Second Chance at Love We’re Suzie and Mimi — two 9-year-old Standard Poodle sisters (just had a Birthday in May!) with hearts full of love and years of loyalty to give. Life took an unexpected turn when our beloved parents could no longer care for us, and for the past year, we’ve been waiting, hoping, and holding onto each other. We are gentle, affectionate, and well past the puppy stage — no wild puppy energy. We’re calm, well-mannered, and just want to be close to someone who will love us. Whether it’s relaxing by your side or going for a stroll, we’re happiest just being with you. We are very adorable and petite girls...standing at only 22 inches (or slighty under) at the whithers. We are the perfect size for a lap! We love to play and do know some simple commands like sit, watch...We ride well in a car and love attention. We are both 35 pounds or under. This past year has been full of uncertainty. After our beloved parents could no longer care for us, we’ve been patiently waiting for a safe, loving place to call home. We’ve leaned on each other through it all, and while we dream of staying together, we understand that finding a forever home – even separately – might give us the second chance we so deeply need. However- our hearts would be broken and our rescuers are very motivated to find us a home where we can stay together. After all, we are not only sisters- but best friends. We would love to be adopted together — we’ve been each other’s comfort through so much — but we’re also open to going to separate homes if it means finding the stability and love we’ve been missing. We’re both black (Mimi has grayed into a BLUE-soooo pretty!), spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all our vaccinations. And while we may have a little silver on our muzzles, we’ve got years of joy, companionship, and tail wags ahead. If you’re looking for loyal, loving companions who are past the hard parts and full of gratitude, we’re your girls. Please consider opening your heart to Suzie AND/(or) Mimi — We have been doing great in our foster home. We love going places and are well behaved in the car. We have been playing and getting along with the dogs who are at the foster home for a groom or for boarding. We are just ready to find a place to finally call our own FUREVER...and forever together please. If you think you might be interested, please email our HOOMUNs for an application.
We'll also keep you updated on Mimi's adoption status with email updates.
