Story
Say “Hi” to Dodger! Dodger is a 3.5 year old (estimated age) Poodle, Schnauzer, Hound Mix. He was adopted from a shelter in Arlington and had come in as a stray so his full background is unknown. He is house trained and has never had an accident in the house. He was given a hedgehog toy at his first vet well check and it is his best friend (takes it everywhere, sleeps with it) and will wave it around to let you know he has to go outside. He is good with children but did show some aggression regarding food towards dogs while we were on vacation. Not sure if it was because he felt uneasy and was away from his normal surroundings. I am unsure if he is good with cats. He will lay his head on your arms and legs and loves to cuddle with my grandsons. He does get anxious and barks when men wear baseball caps. He loves to go for walks and be outside so a yard would be nice for him. No health concerns and is up to date on his vaccines.

Story
Adrian is 14 years old, weighs 40 lbs and is looking for a special home that understands the needs of a senior dog. Adrian is a sweet, affectionate little shadow who wants to be wherever his person is. He’s a true velcro dog, if you move, he’s right behind you. His favorite place is curled up next to you on the couch, and if he can’t be there, he will happily settle at your feet. He also loves donut-style beds and cozy enclosed spaces, and often chooses to nap in the hallway. Despite his age, Adrian still enjoys a short game of fetch if the ball is tossed right in front of him. He walks beautifully on a leash and stays right by your side. As a senior, Adrian does have some special needs. He has limited vision, especially at night, and can become disoriented. The veterinarian believes some of his pacing and nighttime howling may be related to pain, cognitive decline, or a combination of both. Because he doesn’t always know where he is and can’t see well, he may bump into furniture, walls, or other dogs. His current medications include: • Gabapentin 200 mg every 12 hours for pain (can be given up to 3 times daily if needed) • Denamarin once daily for liver support • Trazodone 100 mg at bedtime, given with Gabapentin if he is pacing or howling at night Adrian prefers soft foods, though he will occasionally crunch on treats. He isn’t very interested in toys or bones. Grooming is important for Adrian’s comfort. His coat must be kept short, especially during warm weather, as he overheats easily. Hair around his eyes should be trimmed so he can see, and his paws should be kept neat to help him maintain traction while wearing his Tiger Toes. He tolerates his ear cleaning, and regular grooming helps keep him comfortable. Adrian is looking for a calm, loving home where he can spend his golden years being someone’s constant companion. He may require a little extra care, but he gives plenty of love in return. Adrian needs someone that works from home or is home the majority of the day. He does fantastic with other dogs, but if there is another dog in the home they need to be gentle and low energy. If you are interested in adopting Adrian, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. Story
Meet Harmony! A 1year old, 33 pound, Female, Doodle mix pup. Harmony, like any puppy, is a high-energy girl who is looking for her daily joys of running as fast as she can, playing with her toys and having anyone and everyone become her instant best friend. Whilst Harmony has high energy, it comes from a lack of stimulation. And we know from experience that Harmony would be an amazing dog with the proper guidance. We have had Harmony sent out to try dog athletics and obstacle courses, and she does amazing. Whilst we do our best, Harmony needs homes with a family that can give her the training, love and focus she needs. And when all is said and done, Harmony is a great cuddler. Harmony thrives on attention, and bonds quickly with anyone who gives her a chance. With a little structure and a lot of love, she’ll blossom into the loyal, affectionate companion she’s meant to be. Harmony might suit best as a sole dog of a home.Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. Story
Bucky will make an amazing sidekick for his future family! He just wants to be wherever his people are and be part of whatever is going on. Bucky does great with dogs of all sizes and really loves having a canine companion. Because of his playful energy, he would do best in a home with another younger, playful dog who can keep up with him and enjoys having a buddy to wrestle and play with. This boy is always ready for an adventure! He loves his daily walks, trips to the dog park, playing fetch with his favorite ball, and he’s always up for a car ride. With his breed mix and high energy, Bucky needs plenty of opportunities to exercise, explore, and burn off that puppy energy. And after a fun day? You’ll find Bucky happily crashed out for a nap!  Bucky is crate trained, potty trained, great in the car, sleeps in his crate at night and comfortable in his crate during the day while his foster family runs errands. His ideal family will have someone home most of the day, as he can struggle with separation. He’s looking for an active family who enjoys walks, adventures, playtime, and including their dog in the fun! No apartments and children must be 12 years and older.  Bucky is a 1 year old German Shepherd/Standard Poodle mix weighing 62 lbs. If you think Bucky could be the perfect addition to your family, *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. Story
Hi!! Hudson is looking for a loving home, he is an F1b goldendoodle. Purchased from a breeder($1400 as the runt of the litter) his mom is a chocolate goldendoodle and his dad is a white standard poodle. He would do best with an owner who is home and can be with him all or most of the time, if he is not kenneled, he will eat almost anything; socks, paper, toys, etc. Hudson is great with kids & other pets, he is about as sweet as they come. He has been around another dog and 2 cats his entire life. He loves water, fetch, balls, going hiking and running around outside. His birthday is June 15, 2021 and is fully house trained. While he can still be hyper and vocal(usually in new situations), he is mostly calm and mellow and stays by your side. Unfortunately, I have had some urgent recent health conditions and cannot have the added responsibility at this time. We are crushed to lose him from our family, the small adoption fee is to ensure we find him the right home and family for him.
