He is a laid back type of dog who is dog neutral and does not seem reactive towards cats. He would do best in a calm and adult only home or one with older children that can give him the space he needs to feel safe. All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee.
