Story
Little T and his sister Jennifer showed up at my house last September without their mother. I had him neutered and his ear is tipped. I've had them in my house for a few weeks now. They quickly became friendly and are house trained. They both love to chase the laser light. Little T is the bravest best brother and is very friendly, Jennifer is the shier of the two but loves to get pets. They went to the vet and had a checkup and tests and they are heathy. They are vaccinated. They went into their carriers without a hitch. They are about 8 months old and weigh just over 9 lbs. They are a bonded pair and I would prefer that they go to a new home together.

Story
Hi everyone! My name is Luca and I’m looking for a place to call home for Christmas. I come all the way from Sedona, where my rescuers found me running around a resort. I used to call that place my home, but it was hard because I had to walk around begging new tourists to give me some scraps of food and a fresh bowl of water. Luckily, I was always well fed. I’m guessing that’s due to my charming personality and stunning good looks. Nights in Sedona were even harder because it was so cold in Sedona and it was nearly impossible to find a warm place to sleep for the night. I’ve never truly had a place to call home and a warm bed to sleep on every night. I’ve never had a family that loves me. I’ve never had stability. But hopefully that will all change now if you think that I’m the companion that you’ve always been looking for! My rescuers saw something very special in me when they first laid eyes on me. I was very thirsty and hungry when I strolled into their room, and they gladly fed me and cared for me. They even let me sleep on their bed every night! They instantly knew that I was not destined to spend my life living outside. I am far too loving and kind for that. My rescuers looked far and wide for my owner. But I wasn’t microchipped and my rescuers were told that I’ve been hanging around that resort for over a year now. Perhaps my previous owner left me behind and abandoned me. Don’t let my cut ear scare you! I had it cut a long time ago when the scary veterinarians neutered me and tipped my ear, so that everyone knew I lived outside and wasn’t accidentally picked up by animal control. Regardless, it’s time for me to leave behind my life of being a homeless and outdoor cat. It’s time for me to find my forever home. My rescuers tell me that I have a very gentle soul. I’m not your average stray cat by any means. I love humans and human contact. I absolutely love cuddles, I love to be pet, and I’ll follow you around wherever you go. I’m not too interested in toys, but maybe that’s just because I’ve never had any. I’ve never bitten or scratched anyone. I love to purr and my purrs are VERY loud. Im pretty chill and laid back. I don’t run around the house, I don’t have zoomies, and my overall energy levels are pretty low. I am good around other cats but I don’t have any experience being around dogs. I’m sure I’ll be fine around dogs too, but all I ask is that you give us a proper and slow introduction. I have been seen by a vet and cleared for adoption. The vet said that I am very healthy. I tested NEGATIVE for FeLV, NEGATIVE for FIV, and NEGATIVE for heartworms. I am neutered, vaccinated, have a microchip and have been fully dewormed. If you are interested in meeting me, please call or text: 703-909-1779.

Story
Wintertime should always include time spent snuggling up with a warm, soft cat. Our cat Winter is ready to take on that job. She was a friendly stray cat that we estimate to be about a year old. Being friendly, she found a nice person who took her off the street and brought her to us in order to give her a better life. Please come meet her and see if you can be her family. Winter's adoption fee of $100 includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Winter is currently at PetSmart located near Scottsdale Rd and Mayo Blvd (7077 E Mayo Blvd., Scottsdale) so stop by the store to see her. If you are interested in meeting or adopting Winter, call Home Fur Good at 602.971.1334 and let us know you are interested in a cat at PetSmart. We’ll work with you to set up an appointment to meet you at PetSmart for the cat meet & greet.

Rori is a very sweet kitten and loves to be held and snuggle. She is shy and cautious and needs to feel safe and loved. She would make a great pair with one of her littermates or a nice addition to a home with a cat who needs a friend. She would do best in a quiet home. She is afraid of dogs and loud noised. Approx. DOB: 9/17/25. If you would like to meet Rori, please go to https://hart-az.org/hart-cats and fill out an application. If approved, we will contact you to set up a time for a meet and greet.

Story
Hello there! My name is Calypso, and I’m a beautiful calico kitty with a heart full of sweetness and love. One day, I just appeared in someone’s backyard, looking for a place to call home. I’m a gentle soul, with fur that’s as bright and colorful as my personality. I did spend a short time in a foster home and they learned a few important things about me. I am very afraid of dogs and should not live with one. I also do not like other cats.....so.......... I must be your one and only pet please. I`m a fantastic huntress and needs lots of interactive playtime each day to practice all of hunting skills. As for pets, I can sometimes get overstimulated with too many pets so I will let you know when I am done. My fur feels like silk though and you`ll know I`m enjoying my time with you when I weave in and out of your legs. Some might say I have a short fuse, but lots of playtime and enrichment tends to calm my nerves. I`m a smart girl and very food motivated and am currently learning clicker training. I am working hard to be the best version of myself and am excited to share with my new family all of my best behaviors! I’m ready to find my forever home, a place where I can give all my love, snuggles, and purrs. Experienced cat owners only please!

Story
Hi! I’m Bailey, a curious and playful kitten who loves exploring every corner of my world here. When I’m not on an adventure, I’m quite mellow, enjoying a good nap in a cozy spot. I'm a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, I’m all purrs and play. I adore other cats and find their company very comforting. I’m also okay with dogs after a slow, careful introduction. No children please. They’re scary!  I’ll need a furry friend in my new home, unless you’re around most of the day to be my buddy.  If you’re looking for a sweet, independent, and loving companion, I'm your perfect match. Bring me home and let's start our own fun-filled journey together! I’m up to date on vaccines including rabies, tested negative for FELV/FIV, dewormed, neutered and microchipped. My adoption fee is $100.December 28, 2025, 11:57 pm

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat or dog. We are open for adoption by appointment Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday-Sunday we are open for walk-in visitors from 11 to 3:00. NO Appointment needed Wednesday-Sunday. Please copy the link below to schedule your appointment for Monday and Tuesday. https://foothillsanimalrescue.as.me/schedule/e47d5799Hi, I am Cleo! Cleo still has a bit of kitten energy herself, with plenty of playful and curious behavior. She came to us during Spring Training with her five newborn kittens, and now it’s finally her turn to find a forever family. Cleo is shy at first, but incredibly sweet and affectionate once she feels safe. She may need some time to adjust and build trust, but a little patience—and some freeze-dried chicken—will win her heart forever. Once she bonds with you, she’ll happily snuggle up at night. Cleo enjoys both wet and dry food and does best with free feeding. She would thrive in a home with someone who has cat experience. While cautious, she is comfortable around calm dogs and other young cats. Her foster family would love to receive updates if the adopter is willing.
