Story
Hi, my full name is Lovey-Dovey Kitty, but I usually go by Dove.  I like getting light pets on my back and getting attention.  I really like when I can rub up against a person and talk to them.  Sometimes when I ask, the humans will even help me play with toys.  I also like showing off my nose freckle, so please be sure to notice it when I rub up against you.  I can be a little timid at first and need a patient person.  Once I get used to someone, I'll accept pets and will chat with them.  It will probably take me about two weeks to settle into my new home. I Will most likely hide during a meet and greet so you wont really get to know me until you take me home an I am comfortable.    I can be bribed with treats, I'm a total sucker for extra yummies.  Do you have room for a friendly, chatty, lovey kitty?  Please click on my link for more information   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##1916845##

Story
Hello, I am a project in a catsuit named Coco.  I am looking for a patient human who is willing to take time for us to get to know each other.  I am timid and need to take my time in trusting people.  Loud noises and busy homes are scary, I prefer a quieter home with soft places to hide. My big recent news is that I've come to trust my foster and am turning into a lap cat.  If my new humans will be patient with me, I could e come their lap cat too.  I think face scritchies are fabulous and they can help win over my heart.  I am not a fan of having my back petted, and I can get a little swatty to remind you of that - but, my face it there for the pets.   Are you a kindhearted, patient purrson?  Please click on my link for more information and let my friends at Demi's know when I can show you my favorite type of hidey places. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##1952058##

Story
Hi, I'm Morris and living up to my lineage of orange tabbiness, I am a sweet, snuggly boy with a sassy side.  Most of the time, I am just a nice, cuddly boy and look a little derpy with the tip of my tongue out.  My fosters have started calling me Taco Cat since my tongue looks like I'm holding a tiny taco.  If I get startled, I can be a little sassy.  But otherwise, I'm all about getting pets and loving.  I just adore being with people and interacting with them.  Did I mention how smart I am?  Foster mom trained me to use my inhaler for asthma, so it's a better experience for everyone involved.  Check out my video that shows how smart I am & how well I can use my inhaler. Do you need a nice orange boy who thinks you're the best human ever?  Please click on my link for more information and let the nice Demi's humans know when we can have a snuggle fest. I am FIV+, and Demi's would be happy to talk to you about this.  I can be adopted out like any other cat and can live with other cats/dogs just fine.   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate)   Support our animals by shopping at our boutique-style thrift store, Demi's Animal Rescue Thrift Store & Cat Lodge - ALL purchases help save lives! 5895 E Evans Ave #102, Denver CO 80222 :: Wed-Mon 11am-6pm ##1714283##

Story
Hello, I'm Dakota and as kitties go, I'm pretty amazing.  I am a well-mannered, polite little girl and do fine with dogs who also have manners.  I think my purrfect date includes cuddles with a human, watching movies, and having my chin scratched.  Once i get used to a person, I am not afraid to be affectionate with my people. I can be a little shy at first and need to learn to trust new people.  I can also be bribed with yummy treats, because only a very nice person would think to give me treats. Another thing I really love is sitting up high in my cat tree, it's a good vantage point for supervising the household.   How can I just be perfect, right?  Well, my biggest fault is that I'm not really great at playing with toys yet.   Are you looking for a companion kitty who can help run the household?  Please click on my link for more information and let the nice Demi's humans know when we can have a cuddle session. I am FIV+, and Demi's would be happy to talk to you about this.  I can be adopted out like any other cat and can live with other cats/dogs just fine.   If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##2010384##

Story
Hello, I'm Violet Nightingale and I am an expert level house panther.  I enjoy high perches (so I can survey my kingdom), feather toys (I mean, who doesn't love a good hunt, amiright?), face scritchies (because who wouldn't?) and watching birdies (again, us girls love a good hunt, even if we just pretend).   I am looking for a quieter home, so that I will be able to decompress and enjoy time with my human.  I would not do well in a loud, busy home.  Also, I am shy, and my new human will need to allow me to have time to learn to trust them and feel secure as I learn to rule my new kingdom.   Being a pretty house panther with long legs and gorgeous amber eyes, I will coordinate with almost any home decor, so you won't need to worry how we'll look on our holiday card picture.   Are you a patient purrson and willing to let me help rule our kingdom?  Please click on my link for more information and let the nice Demi's humans know when we can meet. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website - https://demisanimalrescue.com/demis-adoption-application/  All cats are spayed/neutered, mircochipped, FeLV tested and up to date on vaccinations (combo shot, rabies - if age appropriate) ##2014656##

Story
This is Keira. She’s a sweet older lady. I recently adopted her. She was initially a little shy. Quickly warmed up. She’s an extremely affectionate cat. Will nudge you to be pet. She does a cutie “meow” if you stop petting her. Prefers to sleep snuggled in bed next to you. Occasionally, you’ll find her under the covers. Loves to sunbath and look out the window. She’s a very curious cat. She enjoys playing, on her own and with a person. She’s a little older so her playing is more subtle and delicate but she absolutely loves to be stimulated with playful interactions. She’s the perfect lap cat. Unfortunately I have to rehome her because her and my resident cat have not been able to acclimate to each other. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

Story
Kobe (Bryant) and (Steph) Curry have been together since 2019. (I want to keep them together yet would consider separating them if necessary.) While they have been together for 5 years, they have very distinct personalities. Kobe (brown tabby) is a talker and will engage in conversation; Curry (orange tabby) is a quiet cuddler. They are sweet boys, deserving of a loving home preferably with multiple people to love on them. They are indoor cats. If you have lots of love to give, please reach out! You will be happy you did!! If desired, you can have their current cat toys, scratching post, 2 window seats, 2 sets of food bowls, and 2 carrying cases.

Crackle is ready to find her forever home! This cute girl is playful and cuddly and loves to climb on you! She loves the cat tunnel and lounging on the scratching posts. She has lived with cat-friendly dogs and older children who are experienced with cats. Crackle is approximately 1 year old. She is litter box trained. Crackle has brown/black tabby and orange markings, along with her cute white chest and paws. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Story
Snap is looking for her forever home! She is curious and likes to perch on higher spots so that she can observe everything that’s going on! She also likes window watching and sunbathing on her favorite window sill. If someone else is on her window perch, she will likely join you on the back of the couch. This adorable tabby girl likes to play and wrestle with the other cats in the home. She was initially more shy than her siblings, but she has grown to be more sociable with her foster family. Now she enjoys being loved and petted. She likes the cat tunnel as well as motorized toys. Dangle toys or toys hanging from string or elastic are a fun game to her. She thinks she is the great hunter when she catches it! But, then, it stretches too far and bounces back and she has to start over! She also likes motorized toys as do her siblings. She has lived with cat-friendly dogs in her foster home. She would be fine with older children who are experienced with cats. Snap is about 1 year old. She is litter box trained. She has brown and black tabby markings with some orange and white. Snap is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative. Her adoption fee is $150. She is being fostered in Aurora. Story
Pop is ready for adoption! His favorite spot is hanging out on the back of the couch. He loves to be cuddled and held by his foster family. Pop enjoys playing with the other kitties in the home, so a home with another friendly cat playmate is best. His favorite toy is a motorized toy that the feather pops in and out of a hole and he tries to catch it! He also enjoys his scratching posts. He loves to lick pureed treats from your hand! Pop has lived with cat-friendly dogs in his foster home. He would be ok with older children who are experienced with cats. Pop is approximately 1 year old. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative. His adoption fee is $150. He is being fostered in Aurora. Story
Shiner is a 12 year old neutered, declawed male kitty who is looking for a forever home. The toddler in his original home has stage 4 cancer and can’t be around any animal that sheds, litter, etc. Shiner moved to a relative’s home temporarily, but he is unable to return to the original home due to the ongoing medical situation. He’s a sweet cat and quickly made himself comfortable in his foster home. Shiner has lived with medium and large dogs his entire life. He made fast friends with his foster mom's dog! For the previous six months he has lived with two cats, and if introduced slowly, he should do okay with other cats, but he prefers cat-friendly dogs. He would be ok living with older children who are experienced with cats. He has lived with two children under four years old the last few years and wasn’t too thrilled about it. He doesn’t love loud noises and the unpredictability of young children can make him anxious. Shiner was recently diagnosed with degenerative joint disease and receives a monthly Solensia injection and is doing great! This is a newly-approved injection that is working wonders on cats with osteoarthritis. His original owner is willing to sponsor the first three months of injections. He loves anything that crinkles and has a special affinity for boxes (even for a cat!). He loves drinking from a water fountain and playing with dangle toys! If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please submit an application today. He is being fostered in the Denver area. https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/catadoptionapplication/
