Story
Belle is a sweet cat. She is friendly and affectionate. I cannot keep her due to a relocation and current owner health issues. I have an automated litter box that Belle likes and can go with her.Belle was in our previous home with my husband who has Alzheimer’s. Prior to moving him to memory care, Belle was his comfort cat. Every time my husband got agitated, Belle would crawl up on his lap and calm him down.

Story
I rescued Batman when he was a kitten from dog. I raised him outside till he was at 1 and had him fixed and then brought him inside permanently. He is currently 4 years old with a personality of a kitten he loves love and cuddles. I unfortunately just can’t take care of him anymore because I just had a baby and can’t give him the proper affection he deserves I am looking for a home that can give him all the love in the world and that’s really it! He will always be my baby, no matter where he is! He’s very smart, he knows what no means and comes to you when you call him, he’s caring, and outgoing. He gets along with dogs and cats when introduced the proper way it does take him time to warm up to others.

Story
Handsome Cricket is a gray and black tabby with a story that reminds us just how resilient—and loving—cats can be. About six years old, Cricket showed up skinny and hungry on someone’s porch, hoping for kindness. He found it, but when he didn’t gain weight despite eating well, his new friends grew concerned. Luckily, Cricket sought help from exactly the right people: his caretaker's mom and dad, who happen to run The Pet Connection in Beloit, Kansas! A veterinary exam revealed that Cricket has an autoimmune condition called stomatitis, which causes inflammation in his mouth and gums. Some of his teeth have already been pulled, and he may need more dental care in the future. Because his mouth can be sore, he’s sometimes a little picky about food—but he’s feeling so much better now that he’s getting the care he needs. What stands out most about Cricket isn’t his condition—it’s his heart. He’s incredibly affectionate and loves everyone he meets. He’ll tuck his head into your neck for snuggles, melting completely into your arms. Cricket adores being with people, soaking up attention. He even enjoys the company of other animals. **The Pet Connection will help with the costs of Cricket’s ongoing care for his stomatitis, so his adopter can focus on what matters most—loving him. Cricket is ready for his forever home, where his sweetness will be cherished, and he’ll always know he’s safe, loved, and home for good. He's in the Kansas City metro (transport available) Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 Did you know? Feline stomatitis is a fairly common autoimmune condition that can usually be managed with dental care and stress-free living. Many cats—even those missing most or all of their teeth—go on to live long, happy, pain-free lives. #thepetconnection #thepetconnectionks #melodyhuff #adoptacat #tabbycat #rescuecat #catlovers #catrescue #fosteringsaveslives #adoptdontshop #catsoftiktok #catsrule #petfinder #adoptabled #catsofinstagram #catsoffacebook #beloitkansas #specialcat #catadoption

Story
Mika is a very sweet girl with a big personality! Her favorite thing to do is flop onto your feet when she wants attention. She likes to follow her person around the house like a little puppy dog, rubbing against their legs. And she is quite a chatterbox! She loves to hang out on the bed and by the window to watch birds. Mika can be a little mischievous, too. If she doesn't get attention when she wants it, she's been known to attack your foot before she scampers away. Because she doesn't like to share, she'd prefer to be your only four-legged companion. Think Mika might be your girl? Call/text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 for more info! She's in the Kansas City metro.
