Story
Jax is a sweet, high needs senior cat. My husband and I adopted Jax about a year ago from a nonprofit shelter. He’d been there for almost 2 years, and was a favorite at the shelter. At the vet, Jax was diagnosed with diabetes. He is currently taking Bexacat and Cosequin for his hip pain.Jax is an extremely spoiled only child. He loves his people, but he wants to be in the spotlight. The reason we are rehoming him is because in his age, he has issues using his litter box. He has a terrible habit of spraying, so we set up pee pads vertically.Because of his diabetes, he also seems to have insatiable cravings. He loves to steal food!Jax has an iron stomach, and seems to enjoy candy bars. Please hide your snacks!!Jax was the very first cat we adopted, but he is simply too high needs for my husband and I to handle. We have many items that go with him. It includes, but is not limited to:3 litter boxes (2 automatic)2 flowing water fountains1 cat tree1 litter mat and stoolWet and dry food, litter

Story
Simba was adopted at the age of 3 in Manhattan Kansas. He has been a loving a loyal pet from the start, and full of character! He loves to cuddle, and purrs very loudly. He also loves to sneak outside, so beware if you want to avoid him playing in the yard. Although he stays close when he sneaks out.. Simba can be a bit bossy at times, when he’s hungry or wants to be pet. But he just wants to be loved and well cared for, he’s a large cat with a big appetite. My life has changed so much since first adopting Simba, and I am unable to provide the love or attention he so much deserves. Simba has had a sister cat for about 5 years now, who I will also be posting here. Her name is Whisper & they get along great. Simba doesn’t mind other animals at all, he’s well mannered with them and absolutely safe with children also. My wish is for him to find a home where he can be loved and have attention I can no longer give to him.

Story
This is Miso. He is a grey tabby cat that we adopted as a kitten from the shelter almost 4 years ago. He is very playful and needs someone to give him attention. We have another boy cat who he tries to play/rough house with whom he doesn’t like. Would be a great solo cat or possibly get along better with a female or cat who is more playful. He is litter boxed trained and will occasionally cuddle. Has never been around dogs but have a feeling he would do better without.

Story
Oliver Queen was adopted off of craigslist 10 years ago and was a family pet. In 2022 I got very depressed and took him with me to school as an ESA and he helped me immensely. I eventually moved back in with my parents due to cost of living, attending university, and knowing I’d have their support. But, Oliver does not get along with my parents new cat. he is constantly getting attacked and abused by this cat and has started avoiding the litter box because she often attacks him in there. both cats are very territorial. He is a very talkative, sweet, loving, and somehow always knows when you need a cuddle or friend by your side. He was my registered emotional support animal for two years and did an amazing job as my ESA and still does but I know he is miserable in his current situation and deserves to spend his last few years in a peaceful and loving home.

Story
We rescued Banksy when he was just a few weeks old, someone had put a bunch of kittens in box and left it in a field. His birthday is 3/11/2013. He lived with our Corgi, Lucy, for 12 of those years and they got along fine, kind of ignored each other for the most part. He likes to hiss if you walk behind him, it's just how he communicates. He's never bitten anyone or been too aggressive. I do not want to give up my cat, however, I have developed allergies to him and cannot breathe after getting his hair on me. It's very sad. I also have a young son that is allergic as well. I do not want him going from our house to a small caged life. I am hopeful that a local cat lover would see him for the sweet, cuddly guy that he is and give him a few good years before he leaves this earth. Think the person who gets him will need to practice the 3-3-3 rule for cat adoptions.
