Sadly, due to ongoing health challenges, her owner could no longer care for her, and Shadow came into our rescue. Shadow is a typical cat who enjoys affection on her own terms, and she’ll do best with someone who respects her boundaries. Meet Taz! Taz is a spunky, affectionate 6-year-old guy who came to us when his owner could no longer care for him due to her own health issues. He’s a friendly, outgoing cat who truly enjoys people and would make a wonderful companion. Taz loves his wet food, enjoys playing with toys, and can often be found basking in a sunny spot after climbing to the very top of his cat tree—one of his favorite pastimes! He loves his people and will greet you at the door. He is super smart and knows how to play fetch - he will bring a toy right to you for you to throw again. He also likes to bring you gifts - toy mice and stuffed toy fish to show you that he loves you. His stuffed fish is his absolute favorite, as seen in the photo, and he will gift it to you on the bed overnight or by the back door, waiting for you to return from work. He has excellent litter box manners and an easygoing personality that makes him a great choice for a first-time cat owner. Taz is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has had full bloodwork. He’s a healthy boy with no known medical issues and is ready to find his forever home. My name is crooks. Im a very good boy, i get along with other cats and dogs. I like to go outside, in the spring through fall and just hang out. I am independent but like to cuddle on my terms.

Just got fixed 6 days ago, spoiled medium weight kinda spoil him with food so lil chunky more to love, good with kids sleeps with my daughter he's laid back idk we cant have him here so Im looking for someone who would love and spoil him more he is good. Cheddar is an absolutely wonderful cat with so much love to give. Cheddar is a cat who is incredibly affectionate, loving, and eager to be by your side. Cheddar adores cuddling and thrives on attention. He’s never met a stranger, he loves everyone he meets and does great with dogs, making him a perfect fit for many homes. He has a playful side and enjoys his bursts of fun, but once playtime is over, he’s happy to curl up and nap right next to you. Cheddar is a truly special cat who will make a loyal, loving companion. He’s ready to give his whole heart to a family who will give him the loving home he deserves.

He has Cerebellar hypoplasia, or wobbly cat syndrome. he is 8 years old, neutered with his shots and has all of his claws. He is super cuddly, loves attention and loves wet food. He is very food driven and will push other cats off of the food bowl. He can’t really jump, he is able to get onto couches but needs the help of his claws to get there, he can go up and down stairs by himself. I’m not sure how he acts with dogs, as he doesn’t have any exposure to them. He has been around children and hasn’t had any issues. He doesn’t like the vacuum or the hairdryer, he does not like running water, and with his bad depth perception he doesn’t like things moving too fast towards him or he will fall over.

Meet Lovebug! This sweet little girl lives up to her name. She loves to purr and is so sweet. She was found as a stray so we don’t know much about her past life. She came to us pretty sick, at first we were scared it was cancer. But with some medications and love, she improved! She seems to have some underlying chronic inflammatory condition of her lungs, possibly asthma. Could also be allergies, we are not sure. But with periodic steroid injections, she gets comfortable and has shown improvement.   Lovebug seems to have a sensitive stomach anytime she is given canned food, but she does great on her dry food. She does well with other cats and all humans-children too.    We believe she is older, possibly 10-11 years old. She is a petite little girl, about 7.2 pounds. She would love to find a home to rest in and be around people.  The $25.00 adoption fee (  payable by cash or check only  ) includes: spay/neuter; vaccinations; senior bloodwork, microchip; fecal testing w/ giardia, flea prevention, and FIV/FeLV testing.  Our adoption application may be found by going to: www.headinhomerescue.org; then click on the link to the adoption application. Eevee is a sweet, three year old girl and one of the biggest love bugs you’ll ever meet. She adores being hand fed treats like the queen she is, getting chin scratches and gentle pets. She also has the cutest little quirk, when her purr motor really gets going, she drools from pure happiness! Eevee lives comfortably with other cats here at Best Pals, so she would do well with friendly feline companions. Because of her past, she will need a home without dogs. She may come across as shy at first, but once she settles in, we’re confident she’ll be the type of cat who wants to stay right by your side. Eevee is ready to find a loving home where she can feel safe, adored and spoiled the way she deserves.

Molly is a beautifully marked tabby with a sweet, tender soul. Front declawed and a little shy at first, she's the kind of cat who takes her time, but once she feels safe, her affectionate side begins to shine. She enjoys gentle pets and loves finding a cozy spot where she can relax and feel secure. Molly would thrive in a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace and be cherished for exactly who she is. Molly is a quiet, loving companion just waiting for her forever safe space.
