Story
Hello! This is Buster and Madi. The are 10 year old brother and sister (yes, they are litter mates). Buster and Madi had a rough start to life. They were skinny, covered with fleas, and very nervous when they were adopted at 6 months old. Since then, they have become friendly and pudgy house cats. Buster and Madi must be rehomed together, as they have never been apart. In the last 10 years, the current owners have added 3 small children and 2 dogs to the family, and the cats are not getting the time or attention that they need. Both cats are declawed in the front only, and both have no health concerns. They must be rehomed as indoor cats only. Buster and Madi are looking for a relaxing, quiet home to retire to.

Story
Mett Flory! Flory was born to an abandoned mom cat in August 2024. This quiet, brown tabby female is friendly with trusted folks, avoidant of strangers, and is affectionate on her terms. She watches for you at the window, greets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you. At this stage she doesn’t want to be held or stay in your lap. She enjoys brushing and likes to sit in front of you, watching you. She is treat motivated, Flory plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She has met kids and finds them too busy and active, so she hides. Flory would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. She needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/ If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Story
Perky is an affectionate, very friendly, confident torti-tabby kitten born July 2025. When you come home she is at the door waiting, then ankle rubs and follows you around. Perky likes being held, gives kitty kisses, rubs against your face, and reaches to touch your nose. She jumps into your lap or lets you place her there, staying as long as you brush or pet her. Perky is mellow and quiet until meal time when she tells you to hurry. She rolls over for stroking on her tummy and is kitten active. Perky enjoys watching wildlife at the window and plays by herself with toys or with you. She tolerates the foster’s large, active dog, gets along with most cats, and likes respectful kids over age four. Perky’s medium purr can be heard as soon as she comes in contact with her trusted person. Perky would do best with a pal and is bonded to her friendly brother, Quiote. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Story
Dilly, an affectionate brown/black tabby kitten, was born July 2023. He was found injured behind a store. Dilly has agouti speckled fur and polydactyl feet. If he knows you, he is okay being picked up and held, plus reaches up to touch your nose. When you sit, he will jump in to your lap or will let you place him in your lap, staying for short sessions of petting and brushing. Dilly often rolls over for tummy stroking, and he likes to sleep with you. Dilly likes the foster family’s young dog and plays with him. He likes kittens plus passive adult female cats. He hides from active kids and is shy around strangers. Dilly likes to supervise the cleaning of the litterbox and occasionally is underfoot. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Dilly would do best with another pet for a friend. Foster kitten pals are available. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Story
Meet Faith! This mellow, gray tabby female older kitten tolerates being held upright for a short while. Faith is friendly with trusted folks, shy of strangers and is affectionate on her terms. Faith was born to a stray mom cat in August 2024 and she received no medical care for an eye infection, which claimed one eye. She watches for you at the window, and purrs on contact. At this stage she prefers to sit next to you. Faith plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She hasn’t met kids, but if they are patient, calm and kind, she should be fine. She would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. Faith needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Story
Meet Carrot Cake! “Sweet as sugar, soft as frosting, and cute enough to eat (but please don’t)!” Hi there, I’m Carrot Cake — a tabby calico girl with the kind of face that makes people say “oh my goodness!” every single time they see me. I might be a little shy when we first meet, but once I know you’re a friend, I’ll melt faster than butter on a warm biscuit. Once I’m comfy, I just can’t get enough of your love! I’ll lean into every pet, purr up a storm, and even follow you from cat tree to cat tree asking for more. And if you stop before I’m ready? You might get a gentle little “love tap” from my paw, just my way of saying, “Hey, I wasn’t done being adored!” I’m a fan of cozy beds, crunchy treats, toys, and a sprinkle of catnip for good measure. I get along wonderfully with other cats and don’t mind being held for short snuggles. If you’re looking for a soft, sweet companion who’ll fill your home (and heart) with warmth, I might just be your purrfect dessert. Come meet me at our sanctuary! I’d love to meet you any day from 1–5 PM! I have excellent litter box habits. My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat. I am fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing. If you are interested in adopting Carrot Cake, please message us on Facebook at Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary or email us at FurballFarmCatSanctuary@gmail.com

Story
Meet Winston – The Old Soul in a Kitten’s Body Hello there, kind human. My name is Winston, and though I may only be a young orange-and-white kitten, my eyes hold stories far older than my age. You see, I didn’t have the easiest start to life. I spent my earliest days outside, learning the world the hard way — hungry, cold, and a little scared. But I never gave up, and that’s how I found my way here, to this wonderful sanctuary. Now, life is good. I have soft beds, gentle hands that love me, and more food than I could ever dream of. I’m safe, warm, and learning that the world can be kind. I’ll admit — I’m a bit shy when I first meet someone new. I like to take my time and make sure you’re as gentle as you look. But once I trust you, I’ll show you my true self: a sweet, affectionate boy who loves belly rubs, head scratches, and hearing how adorable I am (which, if I may say so, is very true). I’m also a social little fellow who enjoys cuddling and playing with my cat friends. If you already have feline companions, I’d be thrilled to join their circle for nap time or toy adventures. If you’d like to meet me — and maybe share some quiet, wise gazes together — you can come visit me any day between 1–5 PM at our sanctuary. I’ll be waiting, curled up in a sunny spot, dreaming of my forever home. With love (and a soft purr),

Story
Meet Izzy!
Foster Location: Faribault, Minnesota Hi! I’m Izzy, a tiny tabby-and-white girl with big curious eyes and an even bigger heart. When I first meet someone new, I like to take a moment to quietly observe — I’m a thoughtful little kitten, after all. But don’t let my initial shyness fool you! Once I feel safe, I open up quickly and become the sweetest, snuggliest little companion you could ask for. I love to play, and I mean LOVE. Toys that bounce, toys that crinkle, toys that I can chase across the room — I’m ready for all of it. I also have a blast romping around with my foster siblings; they help me feel brave, and we have so much fun together. After I’ve gotten all my zoomies out, I’m all about cozy naps, warm laps, and soft beds where I can curl up and purr myself to sleep. Because I’m such a social girl and rely on kitty friends for comfort and confidence, I need to be adopted with one of my foster siblings or go to a home that already has a friendly cat. Kittens do best in pairs, and I’m at my happiest when I have another cat buddy to play with and cuddle. If you’re looking for a gentle, playful sweetheart who just wants to love and be loved, I think we might be a perfect match. I can’t wait to meet my forever family — maybe it’s you? I am fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, FIV&FeLV negative, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations. I require an indoor only home and as with all cats - absolutely no declawing. If you are interested in adopting Izzy, please contact her foster at (507) 581-4493
