Story
Faye is an adorable tabby who will be 4 years old in March. She is spayed. She's lived in my home with my other cat amicably, however she is very shy around new people and animals. She's a snuggly, chubby, loving girl who sleeps more than anything and would do best in a quieter home with no dogs. Unfortunately, I adopted a puppy awhile ago and poor Faye has made zero progress adjusting. She stays hiding in the back of the closet and has been eating on and off. It's no life for her and I'd like to find someone to give her the stress-free, calm home she needs. She's always been healthy, so no special needs. I can provide her carrier and her favorite blanket, and bag of the food she eats. I only ask that her new owner be loving and patient with her as she is very shy.

Story
He is a sweet baby boy who is turning 4 years old soon. I got him from the Animal Humane Society, and when we first met, he was a rescue kitten. From the beginning, he’s always had a shy and quiet personality, the type of cat who stays calm and gentle even when he feels nervous. He doesn’t act out, not even at the vet, and he is truly well-behaved and disciplined. Even though he gets scared easily, he has never bitten or scratched anyone. He is very careful, respectful, and has a soft heart. It did take him time to get used to being around men, especially tall men, since he can feel intimidated, but once he feels safe he slowly warms up. He is most friendly with females, and especially trusts the people who feed him and care for him. I’m looking for a calm, patient, and loving home where he can feel comfortable, adjust at his own pace, and be treated gently. Overall, he is a gentle, quiet little soul who thrives in a peaceful environment.

Story
Mett Flory! Flory was born to an abandoned mom cat in August 2024. This quiet, brown tabby female is friendly with trusted folks, avoidant of strangers, and is affectionate on her terms. She watches for you at the window, greets you at the door, ankle rubs, and follows you. At this stage she doesn’t want to be held or stay in your lap. She enjoys brushing and likes to sit in front of you, watching you. She is treat motivated, Flory plays with cat toys by herself and interactive ones with you. She enjoys watching wildlife out the window. She has met kids and finds them too busy and active, so she hides. Flory would enjoy another cat for a companion after proper introductions. She needs a patient adopter willing to build her trust. She has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Siblings are available. This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Cats have been vet checked, spayed/ If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, neutered, wormed, tested for FIV/FeLV, have distemper and rabies shots. Adoption fees are $200+tax, and for cats age 6+ the fee is $175+tax. Calicos and Siamese are $250+tx. For further information or to start the adoption process, leave a message at 612 202-9492 or email cattalesmn@outlook.com as one cat usually gets bored. Two cats are easier to care for than one (they self-entertain while you are at work), and they are emotionally healthier (don’t get lonely and bored). ~*~*~* Follow us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/cattalesmn *~*~*~*~*

Story
Perky is an affectionate, very friendly, confident torti-tabby kitten born July 2025. When you come home she is at the door waiting, then ankle rubs and follows you around. Perky likes being held, gives kitty kisses, rubs against your face, and reaches to touch your nose. She jumps into your lap or lets you place her there, staying as long as you brush or pet her. Perky is mellow and quiet until meal time when she tells you to hurry. She rolls over for stroking on her tummy and is kitten active. Perky enjoys watching wildlife at the window and plays by herself with toys or with you. She tolerates the foster’s large, active dog, gets along with most cats, and likes respectful kids over age four. Perky’s medium purr can be heard as soon as she comes in contact with her trusted person. Perky would do best with a pal and is bonded to her friendly brother, Quiote. She uses a scratching post and has fine litterbox habits This cat and others are available at Cat Tales Rescue. Story
Dilly, an affectionate brown/black tabby kitten, was born July 2023. He was found injured behind a store. Dilly has agouti speckled fur and polydactyl feet. If he knows you, he is okay being picked up and held, plus reaches up to touch your nose. When you sit, he will jump in to your lap or will let you place him in your lap, staying for short sessions of petting and brushing. Dilly often rolls over for tummy stroking, and he likes to sleep with you. Dilly likes the foster family’s young dog and plays with him. He likes kittens plus passive adult female cats. He hides from active kids and is shy around strangers. Dilly likes to supervise the cleaning of the litterbox and occasionally is underfoot. He has fine litterbox habits and uses a scratching post. Dilly would do best with another pet for a friend. Foster kitten pals are available. If you are gone 7 or more hours a day, please consider adopting two cats, as one cat usually gets bored. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meowdy!  My name is Hanna and I am almost a one year old kitten with the most gorgeous markings, complimenting my friendly attitude!  I love to lay on my foster mom and am very curious about facial expressions and watch closely.  I love to watch the turtle in its tank with the fish and love to play with the stuffed bunny.  I vocalize to let you know I am ready for breakfast and when I get excited.  I am fast as lightening and love to do my daily house laps.    Shortly after I arrived in rescue, my foster mom noticed that my eye was very painful and only getting worse. The vet discovered that an ulcer had ruptured in my eye and that it could not be saved. I had it removed and healed up so fast! I am learning to live life with one eye but it doesn't seem to slow me down. It just adds some character!   I am currently vetted and ready for my forever home! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ireland is pure chaos and love in the best way. He is a fearless little adventurer with a mischievous sparkle in his eye and a heart full of purrs. If you’ve ever heard the phrase “curiosity killed the cat—but satisfaction brought it back,” there’s a strong chance it was written about him. He climbs, jumps, explores, and investigates the world with very little concern for self-preservation—and a whole lot of enthusiasm. Despite his wild-child energy, Ireland is also incredibly affectionate. The moment you sit down (and sometimes before you do), he’ll make a beeline for your lap—occasionally attempting a daring leap or an enthusiastic leg climb to get there faster. Once settled, he turns into a full-on cuddle baby, purring so loudly it feels like it could set off an avalanche. With about 10–15 minutes of solid playtime, he’s more than happy to trade chaos for snuggles. Ireland lives for wand toys and high places, loves watching squirrels through the window, and has definite escape-artist tendencies. He would probably thrive with harness training and some leashed and supervised outdoor adventures. When he catches a toy, he often proudly carries it back to you and would likely love any kind of cat training, especially as he is quite food motivated. Even outside of playtime, he seeks affection, often sitting in laps or rubbing lovingly along your neck and face from behind the sofa. He’s very curious about other cats and eager to engage them in play.  He would likely thrive with other playful, younger cats or by being adopted alongside another kitten. He hasn’t met dogs yet, but given his bold, confident nature, he’d likely adjust well with proper introductions. Ireland does incredibly well with children, even toddlers, though supervision is recommended to ensure he continues to develop safe play habits as he sometimes tries to play with fingers or toes if toys aren’t offered. Ireland uses the litter box reliably and is still mastering his grooming skills—something that often improves as kittens settle into new homes and routines.  If you’re looking for a high-energy, endlessly curious kitten who will keep you laughing, playing, and warmly pinned to the couch with thunderous purrs, Ireland is ready to bring adventure (and affection) into your life. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal?
