I received Kanna (kaw-nuh) from my sister who got her as a kitten for her child who was wanting a cat. She came to realize that Kanna was nervous around children and often hid most of the time. That's when I decided to adopt her about 12 years ago. She's a very quiet well behaved cat who mostly keeps to herself, but will usually ask for cuddles and pets once a day, maybe twice. She has lived with other cats in the past and she will tolerate them, but she does best without other pets in the house. She is afraid of dogs and will hide if one is nearby. She would do well with older children who can be calm, quiet, and gentle, but she will be skiddish around small children. She loves sunlight and warm spots. She likes pate and dry food. She has not been declawed so we keep scratching posts in the house for her. She will be hesitant to strangers at first but with time and developing trust she will become very cuddly and affectionate.

Benji & 8 year old companion Emma are now with (Patty) SNAP'T Cat Rescue (Blaine, MN) and would be great if adopted together.Benji is:• 8 years old and neutered• Up to date on vaccinations (as of May/June)• A great companion who stays within arm's reach throughout the day• Fond of playing with fishing pole toys• An observer who loves watching the outdoors from the deckBenji is a companion cat who provides great comfort by staying close, though he isn't much of a lap cat although rubs legs when food is being prepared. He crouches but does love to be petted. He is used to a quiet environment as he hasn't been around children or other pets. Looking to rehome our cat Sammy. He is about 4 yrs old and is a good boy who does cat things. We adopted him at 8 months old from the humane society and he is microchipped. His vet is Silvervine in Woodbury. Sammy is super friendly, and talkative when he wants treats , gets along with our 9 yr old dog. Hoping to find him another loving home (no fault of his) with a big ask, someone that would be willing to stay in touch every so often to hopefully send updates of him, for my daughter. It’s not a must it’s just a simple ask. He has no health issues, aside from taking an inexpensive steroid pill every other day (which he takes without issue) to ward off his nose getting irritated and runny(allergies). He is a sweet boy and smart! I taught him to sit and high five for a treat. He comes with two scratch posts, litter bin, gravity feeder, stainless steel water fountain , 3 window seats , a soft carrier, and lots of toys.

Colby is a super sociable, friendly 6 year old big orange tabby cat. He loves cuddles, toys, and belly scratches, as well as lounging in the window sill. He's fully house trained and also LOVES shoes for some reason. We've been his only owners since he was a kitten. He has had urine crystals in the past, for which the vet prescribed urinary care food. My wife and I welcomed our first child a couple months ago, and he's made it clear he's not a fan of the new addition to the family. Colby would do best in a home with few other pets, he is a bundle of joy and active young cat.Colby has not spent much time with dogs but is good with older kids or kids that he has a chance to get used to. A welcoming cat may also be a good fit for Colby as he is extremely social.

I inherited "Brain" from someone who no longer could take care of her. Now, I'm in a position where I can also no longer take care of her either due to working so much lately. Brain is a very sweet and affectionate cat. She is 16 years old and all she wants to do is be a loaf and get pet as much as humanly possible. I hope she finds someone that can keep her company and give her lots of pets. She is normally very calm and doesn't destroy furniture or really play very much. Every once in a while she'll scratch her little scratch post and go back to her cushion or lightly headbutt you for pets. She's not shy. She'll take pets from everyone. She also has very pretty green eyes and always gets comments on how pretty she is. She has one curly little ear from a scrap she had with a tomcat back in the day. Her challenges are that she can be very vocal if you don't pet her very much and you have to keep her nails trim because she likes making biscuits when you pet her.

This sweet little girl was living outside with her mom and three siblings. I was able to catch her three siblings and they are in a rescue and have been adopted. It took me another two months to live trap my little tootsie, but I wasn’t about to give up. For living outside for the for six months of her life, she is extremely affectionate, loves to be held and petted and purrs constantly she gets along with a mommy cat that I have in my house and her kittens. She is kind of quirky sometimes she likes to play with the zipper on your jacket. She loves kisses and. Of course, treats. Because Tootsie is still a kitten she would be great with the a little bit older cat to play with. I think she would be good with children as long as they treat her gently

Phoebe is a sweet girl who was adopted in 2021 as a kitten, so she is about 5 years old. She gets along very well with my dog, but does not get along with my female cat who is much older. She may get along with a male cat or younger cat better, but it's unknown. She has been around kids and takes some time to warm up as she is usually shy at first. She is an indoor only cat and has not ever been outside. Her favorite activities are watching birds, napping and cuddling on the couch.
