**PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT WHEN REQUESTING AN APPLICATION!!** **FOR LIMITED TIME, WITH APPROVED APPLICATION/ADOPTION, WE WILL INCLUDE A $50.00 PETSMART GIFT CARD** 8-8-25: "Admit it, you were taken in by my gorgeous, dreamy sultry eyes, right?! Hello, my name is SCOOTER, or as they call me in the rescue DREAMY EYES SCOOTER! Not only are my green eyes one of my best attributes, but to go along with them, is my amazing personality, long body and uniquely marked legs! Are you looking for a boy that is not only handsome, but super, super friendly? Loves your attention and other cats if you have them. I may look like an ordinary Tabby cat, but that's where the ordinary stops and my personality makes up for that many times over! I came to this rescue months ago as a young kitten with my litter mates--they all found homes, but everyone keeps over looking me! I am about 21 months old (as of Feb. 2026), am neutered, current on my vaccines, and use the litter box like a pro! I do get along great with other cats and I love cat toys along with the oh so fun, cat trees! My foster Mom says that I am a great boy, if someone will just give me the chance!" "While I am enjoying being with the other cats here, and love my Foster Mom, I really would like to have a home and a human to call my own! Do I sound like I might be that best friend you've been looking for? If so, just contact this great rescue, and they will answer any questions you may have and/or send you an application right out!" citizens4animals@yahoo.com "I look forward to meeting you, Until then, have a PURRfect day!"

Story
She showed up at our front door right before we were supposed to get a big ice and snow storm. We couldn’t let her stay outside so we brought her in! We have had for over a month now. She has been kept separate from our other animals because she does not get along with them. She is fine to be near them she just does not like interacting with them and unfortunately all our animals want to do is play. She is a very sweet and loving cat! She loves pets and cuddles and isn’t afraid of people at all! We think she would prefer to be in a home with no other animals. Because she is a stray that we found, we are unsure of any past vet visits but we are assuming she has never been. We think she is less than a year old because she is still pretty small. We want to find her a perfect home and we don’t think our home is the right fit.

Story
Milo just lost his mother of 10 years. She took very good care of him and brought him to the vet for everything. He has a floppy ear on one side due to shaking his head too much a year ago. He is in great health and is very affectionate. Because he's been in a quiet home with no animals or young children it would probably be best for him to be a single pet home. However he typically will hide when he feels nervous about something. We need to rehome him very soon as no one is able to take care of him and he is living in her house all alone. Please consider Milo as your next pet.

Story
Meet Bentley, a very sweet little tabby boy. He's 9 months old and loves to be petted. Bentley is a little shy at first but given a chance, he warms up to you and then is all love. He came from one of the colonies from which Angels to the Animals rescued several kitties. Bentley is very happy to be living the inside comfy life where he can play all he wants. Bentley is neutered, up-to-date on all his shots and tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV, all of which is included in his adoption fee. If you are interested in finding out more info about this sweetie pie or arrange a meet and greet, please email info@angelstotheanimals.org. Please consider giving Bentley a warm, safe and loving furever home. Must be 22 to apply.

Story
Jax was born on 1/3/21. I initially got him as a kitten at eight weeks old. My son really wanted a pet, but I was not fond on the idea of a dog. So I got him a cat instead. He wasn’t the biggest fan of my son. I think he will do well with older, calmer children and calmer dogs. He has never been around another cat before so that is questionable. I just recently went through a breakup and had to significantly downsize my living space. This little guy is not adjusting to a small apartment very well and seems very depressed. Additionally, I am currently looking for travel jobs so I will not be home to take care of him and he experiences separation anxiety, if left alone too long. He’s a sweet boy and deserves a loving family. My son has moved to his dad’s and they have a dog that hates cats so he could not take him with him. My apartment does not know I have him, and I would like to rehome him before they find out. He is 100% litter box trained and neutered.

Story
These cats were rescued from an outdoor situation after a stray mama had been hanging around my mother's house. The kittens were born around March 9th, 2025. Because the kittens spent their first few months outside, some are still a little shy at first, but they are all gentle and have never shown any aggression. With patience, love, and a safe indoor environment, they will continue to grow more confident. This black kitten is still on the timid side, but she has made great progress. When we caught her, she had a large open wound from her chin down her neck. We treated the wound for months but some of the hair is still missing slightly due to scarring. She allows being held and petted and is very gentle. She will need an adopter who is patient and willing to continue socializing her, but she has so much potential to become a loving companion.* I will reach out via email first if you apply- please keep your eye out for this!

Story
These cats were rescued from an outdoor situation after a stray mama had been hanging around my mother's house. The kittens were born around March 9th, and since then, mom has been spayed, and all four kittens have been fixed and received their first rabies vaccination. Everyone is healthy and ready for loving homes. Because the kittens spent their first few months outside, some are still a little shy at first, but they are all gentle and have never shown any aggression. With patience, love, and a safe indoor environment, they will continue to grow more confident. This orange boy is very sweet, but a bit more sensitive. He can get spooked by sudden movements or noises and may run away at first. With patience and a calm home, he warms up and shows his loving side. He would do best with someone who understands shy cats and will let him move at his own pace.* I will reach out via email first if you apply- please keep your eye out for this!
