Meet Marty, he is around 9 weeks old and is ready to find his forever family. This handsome tiger tabby has already been: Combo tested, Dewormed and given his first FVRCP vaccine. Marty's story began in the garden section at Walmart, where he was found scared, alone, and suffering from blisters on his tiny paws. Despite his rough start, he has shown incredible resilience and has blossomed in foster care. Today, Marty is warming up, learning how to trust, and discovering how much fun life can be. He is being raised with dogs and is learning the roped of growing up in a loving home. His playful personality shines a little more every day. Story
We totally love Mamasita, and it's easy to see why. This beautiful girl came from the most unlikely of beginnings-a drug house where life was uncertain and love was in short supply. Despite her difficult past, Mamasita never stopped believing in people. Since coming to The Cat Advocates, she has completely stolen her foster mom's heart, with her sweet personality, gentle spirit, and loving nature. Mamasita has blossomed into the wonderful companion she was always meant to be, Her foster adores her, but because of her age, she wants to make sure she has a forever home where someone will love and cherish her for the rest of her life. Mamasita has already overcome so much. Now all she needs is a family of her own-a warm lap, a comfortable bed, and a heart that will love her as much as she will love them. Could you be the happy ending Mamasita has been waiting for? If you are interested in adoption or would like to set up a meet and greet please contact us at info@thecatadvocates.org

Story
Our Weekend at Burnies kitty, Burnie, has amazed us all with his incredible fight to survive. When we rescued Burnie, he was tiny, starving, and we believed he was blind. He was suffering from a severe eye infection, and after veterinary care, we learned he was born with eyelid agenesis—a rare birth defect where part of the eyelid doesn't develop properly. As a result, the hair around his eye constantly rubbed against his cornea, causing pain and irritation. Despite everything he's been through, Burnie has never given up. This week, Burnie will undergo surgery to correct his condition, and once hes healed, hell finally be ready to find the forever family he's always deserved. And here's the best part... Burnie can see! He's a happy, affectionate little guy who loves to cuddle, loves being held, and absolutely adores his foster dog brother, Kohn. He's also best friends with his foster brother, Wilson. The two boys are inseparable—they play together, cuddle together, and bring each other comfort every day. Because of their special bond, we would love nothing more than to see Burnie and Wilson adopted together into a forever home. Burnie is truly a little miracle, and we couldn't be more grateful for his amazing foster mom, whose love and dedication gave him the chance to thrive. Now all Burnie—and hopefully Wilson, too—need is a family to love them forever. If you'd like to adopt these two sweet boys, please email info@thecatadvocates.org for an adoption application. The adoption fee for one kitten is $150, but there is a steep discount when you adopt more than one kitty. You can't go wrong with double the love and double the fun!!!!! Must be 21 or older to apply

Story
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Gender: Spayed Female Age: 6 years old Size: 13lbs History Tuesday has been at the shelter since July 2025. Rescued as a feral kitten, she was raised in a home with dogs which was a stressful environment that wasn’t the right fit for her. Her owner surrendered her to us, and she is enjoying the space she needs to decompress and show her true self. Personality Quiet and observant, Tuesday is becoming more curious since arriving and is gradually getting more comfortable around strangers. Independent by nature, she prefers doing her own thing and warms up slowly, though faster with women. Tuesday isn’t demanding, but she will thrive in a calm, quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. It takes daily contact to bond with Tuesday. She may come off as sassy the first time you meet her, after she gets used to you (and is fed by you), she will lean in for pets and look forward to you spending time with her. It takes a little patience to win her over. She is particularly fond of one of our volunteers that pets her, speaks to her, and Tuesday's favorite - feeds her. Favorite Activities She loves lounging in her favorite spots and watching the world go by, particularly on the cat tower by the large window overlooking the lobby. She will sit on the top and make sure everything is running smoothly. She also enjoys her scratcher post and batting at the sticky notes on the window. Cohabitation Tuesday does not like dogs and appears not like other cats as well. Due to her boundaries, she would likely do best in a home without small children, as she does not like being messed with. Medical She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines. Because she had crystals in her urine when she came to the shelter, the vet put her on a special diet. All of this consists of is a particular brand of food. Otherwise, she does not need any additional meds and is healthy.

Story
We are fostering Gary! We're looking to find this sweet guy his forever home, reach out if you're interested—we’d love to set up a meet and greet. No rehoming fees; we just want him to find a loving family. He's very social and friendly with kids, dogs, and other cats. He’s up to date on all vaccinations. If desired, he has a small cat tree, water fountain, toys, and litter box that could go with him! The previous owner had to surrender him because of a family member undergoing cancer treatments developed an allergy. He loves watching birds in the window, chasing feather toys, making biscuits and turning into a bread loaf haha. Our space is a bit limited with our current fur-family, so we’d really appreciate help finding Gary his home 🫶

Good with kids, Good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Breed: Domestic Shorthair Gender: Neutered Male Born: 4/14/2026 History: Spitfire and his sister Tempest were found outside all alone. Their names were inspired by their fiery personalities when they first arrived, as they were frightened kittens who weren't sure what to think of people. With gentle care and lots of love, they both have blossomed into sweet, affectionate kittens ready for a forever home. Personality: Spitfire is a typical kitten who loves to play, explore, and chase toys before curling up for a cozy nap. While he can be a little shy when meeting new people, he warms up quickly and shows his affectionate side. Once he's comfortable, he enjoys pets, purrs happily, and is ready to be your playful companion. Behavior: Like any young kitten, Tempest is curious, energetic, and always looking for their next adventure. He enjoys playing with his sister and would likely appreciate another playful feline companion or a family willing to spend time playing with him each day. He may be timid in a new environment at first, but he settles in well once he feels safe. Health: He is healthy, up to date on his age-appropriate veterinary care, and already neutered and microchipped.
