Story
LEWY, LEWY, LEWY…this is what I hear. I have a tendency to be real snoopy and get into things. But when I look up with my cute face, who can be mad at me? I know how to work it to stay out of trouble. Well I guess I'm saying I will hug you because I am a hugger to say sorry. I like people and the attention I can get. Let me tell you, I am real good at taking a nap on the sofa with a fuzzy blanket. But do not let my sweetness fool you, I am still a kitten and like to play with all kinds of toys. I also have been known to grab a sock and run with it. No one ever told me a sock was not a toy. For me anything can be a toy. How many toys are in your house? I bet I can find a few you never knew you had! ~DOB 10/15/25 ***PLEASE NOTE*** Are you interested in adopting this cat or another JCAPL pet you have seen? Story
Who awakes with the sunrise? Makes you smile when your day is blue? The Sugarman can. Sugarman is a fun boy who will make you smile and he will smile right back. This little guy likes to chase small toys and will even carry one in his mouth and run. Sugarman and his friends have lots of fun playing together. You’ll find him sunning himself when napping and watching the birds and squirrels when awake. And if you want a good companion for watching television, he will snuggle up and go to sleep. ~DOB 09/15/25 ***PLEASE NOTE*** Are you interested in adopting this cat or another JCAPL pet you have seen? Story
Nala is a sweet loving girl who loves to explore and cuddle! She has anxiety and doesn’t like to be alone would do great with another cat. She sometimes will have accidents when she is left alone. Unfortunately my dog doesn’t do well with her unless I am around. I want her to be in a home where she can have a friend or someone who is home most of the time. She loves her toys and comes with a cat tree and food! She doesn’t do well with loud noises as she is a bit timid and scared.

Story
Zim will be 9 at the end of March. He was raised with other cats and older children. Zim enjoys being in the sun and watching the birds outside, and chasing lasers and certain toys. He is a proficient bug catcher, He is does not like to be carried, but will come up for pets on his own terms. He would not do well in a home with dogs. Zim needs to be rehomed because he has started having issues where he is urinating outside of the litter box. He was has quite a few expensive tests to rule out medical reasons, and the thought is anxiety. He has stopped taking his medicine in pill pockets and refuses in liquid form. It is thought he would do better in a less chaotic environment.

Story
Mr. Ki-ki is almost 1 year old. He is a very playful, curious, energetic and people friendly cat. He was rescued at around 6 months of age in an outdoor environment. He is very curious about the outdoors still, but has adjusted well to being an indoor cat. He is potty trained, however we would not recommend having him around a dog due to territorial/marking issues. We believe he would get along with another kitten his age with a similar energy level, due to him growing up with a pack of stray kittens and two adult cats. His playfulness may be too rough for small children under 5-6 that have not had a pet.
