This is Louie aka Lulu, Lou-beans, Lou-baby, and a plethora of other cute names. He is my little sister's heart cat; however, she had a baby 9 months ago and Louie is not a fan to say the least. It's been a hard 9 months for her trying to find time for both human baby and fur baby, but it's just too much and Lou deserves more time and attention than she is able to give right now. She's new to the Charlotte area so I told her I'd help her find a good home for him; we don't want him in the shelter system unless it's a last resort. There is no urgency in rehoming, we just want to find him a loving home. Lou is a sweet older man (around 9 years old we think), who loves to snuggle, nose boop, and is highly food motivated (with a bit of a belly to show for it). He would be wonderful for a family with older children who know how to handle cats. He has a "brother" although they are not a bonded pair, they tolerate each other just fine, so a multi cat home would work too.

Orange was abandoned or a stray. I posted him all over for owners and reached out to many rescues but no success. I had him neutered, he’s had first round of shots, he likes to be petted, he’s not a lap cat. He has bad allergies so he needs daily nose relief for cats. My dogs are scaring him, he is ok with kids and other cats. He is house trained but pee’s on the carpet I think because of the dogs. I’ve tried the plug ins they work but are expensive for me and I rent so he’s not even allowed to be in the house but I don’t want to throw him back outside. I just want him to go to a good home maybe with other cats he can learn to play with.

Rudy is around 6 years old and was rescued as a kitten after a tornado tore through Nashville, TN and left him homeless. My sister adopted him as a baby and he's been a good, albeit skittish cat. He does well with his "bother" Louie, however the two are not bonded, but he'd be fine in a house with other cats. He is litter box trained, eats well, and like treats. Not really the cuddly type, but warms up to people and likes to be social. Would do best in a home with older kids who know how to handle animals.

Sushi is an8 years old female domestic shorthair brown mackerel tabby, possibly a patched tabby/torbie because of the warmer brown-orange coloring in her coat. She is a wonderful little chunk, very loving, & loves cuddling beside you when you are propped up in bed. Say her name &, 9 times out of 10, she will answer with a little sound we call “beeping.” She is litter trained, microchipped, spayed, front-declawed, & has always lived indoors. She would likely do well with children but has never lived with dogs. We are moving to Thailand in March or April 2027 & are starting early so we can find the right home. Sushi & Misty (Misty is her sister from another mom & dad) were adopted together & have never been apart, so we strongly hope they can stay together. If adopted together, their $330 self-cleaning litter box will come with them. Sushi’s enclosed balcony catio will also go with her. If the placement does not work for any reason, she must be returned to us—not surrendered or re-homed.

Meet Alfredo (Alfie)! 🐾 6yrs old It breaks my heart to be writing this, but due to an upcoming move to a home that doesn’t allow pets, I’m looking for the perfect forever home for Alfredo. Alfredo is a handsome, indoor-only cat with a sweet, gentle personality. He’s the kind of cat who enjoys affection—but on his own terms. Once he trusts you, he loves being scratched under his neck and will happily soak up the attention. He especially loves fish toys, treats, and being brushed, which is one of his favorite ways to bond. Like many cats, Alfredo has a few boundaries. He does not enjoy having his paws touched or his nails trimmed, so he’ll do best with someone who understands and respects feline body language and is willing to work with him patiently. I’m looking for someone who will love him for exactly who he is and give him the safe, stable home he deserves. This decision has been incredibly difficult, and finding the right family is my top priority.

Meet Shadow! 🖤🐾 Shadow is a 3-year-old indoor-only cat with a sweet, loving personality. Due to an upcoming move to a home that doesn’t allow pets, I’m looking for the perfect forever home for him. Shadow is incredibly friendly and affectionate. He loves to snuggle, enjoys being picked up, and is perfectly content being carried around like a baby—especially by my kids, whom he adores. He can be a little timid around loud noises or new visitors and will usually hide until he feels comfortable, but once he warms up, he’s a wonderful companion. He loves to climb and explore—we joke that he’s part Spider-Man! He also enjoys playing with his toys and spending time with his people. Loves his occasional zoomies, and a good treat!
