Story
KitKat ("Kat") is a petite, sweet, quiet, silly, low-energy girl. Approximately 9 years, 7 lbs. with medium ginger fur. Soft voice but rarely uses it. Not a lap cat but a "sit next to" cat. The ideal new human(s) work from home or are retiree(s) who are home for the better part of the day, as Kat hates to be left alone for long hours. A calm, quiet house or apartment with window sills for sunning and maybe a screen patio. I do not know how she is with other cats, but she gets along with cat-friendly dogs. Kat was originally with my neighbor, who moved and could not take her along. She has been with me for 6 years. Shortly, I will be unable to properly care for Kat due to my new medical and employment situations. Her favorite things are being brushed, sitting on the window sill, a little playtime, and sitting next to you for TV time. Kat requires a monthly shot from the vet and prescription food (wet & dry). She is a sweetheart who loves peace and security.

Story
Maggie is about 18 months old. She is an extremely loving cat. She loves to cuddle all day. We adopted her at Petsmart in April 2024. Unfortunately due to unforeseen health issues, we have to rehome her along with her sister Millie. We prefer if they stay together because they have been together for over a year. They love to play and cuddle.

Story
Chloe was found with her mama and brother. We believe that the mama was dumped near our neighborhood while pregnant. Chloe's mama and brother have been adopted, but this girl remains! Chloe is skittish, but if you bundle her up in a blanket, she will lay on the couch for hours with you. She's fallen asleep on numerous occasions while doing this which shows she's getting more and more comfortable! She LOVES other cats so she'd do best in a home with other cats. Chloe is litter box trained. She loves to eat and plays in her water bowl more than she drinks it. She is very sweet and cuddly, but will need patience from her new owner as she gets acclimated to her new home. She will be spayed on March 19th and will be available for adoption immediately after. She has been dewormed, defleaed, rabies vaccinated, and bathed. If you have a loving, patient heart and find yourself not being able to resist her cuteness, please reach out! We'd love to chat with you!

Story
Daisy is 4 years old, birthday in March. She is a loving cat and loves to sleep on me. We recently took in 2 young kittens because they were left at a garage. She has recently begun trying to attack the girl kitten. I’m not sure why or what changed for them. I try separating them so they can be calm but as soon as they are back in the same room she tries to attack her. Daisy is a good cat but I think she needs to be in a place where she is the only cat. She is good with dogs, she grew up with 2 Shih Tzus and loved to cuddle with them. I love her but I have to find a better home for her to be comfortable and not trying to hurt another cat.

Story
Silver is a beautiful silver and white tabby with short but "whispy" fur. She was trapped at a feral colony but from the get-go we knew she would be adoptable. Sliver loves to talk to everyone. Silver is approximately 3 months old, is getting used to humans and is still a bit shy as newly rescued kittens are. She purrs when she is touched as that reassures her. Silver has been spayed, gotten her rabies and first distemper vaccine. She uses the litter box, loves her dry and wet kibble and loves to explore. Sliver needs to be in a home where she is another kitty's companion to grow up socialized and also in home w/ all adults or older children. This little cutie will be an awesome pet for many years. Re-homing fee of $150. For more information, please email info@angelstotheanimals.org or EdenLake1@ yahoo.com. Must be 22 to apply.

Story
Rusty and Tink came to us as stray cats during the fall of 2024. They have been staying in a kitty condo on our carport. Both cats love to play and are very affectionate. Tink and Rusty are a package deal and will not be adopted separately. They will need to go to a home that keeps them indoors only. Both cats have had all vaccines and neutered. In addition to your application, a home visit and a veterinary reference will be a condition of the adoption. I would love to find them a good home! I would keep them but I have multiple indoor cats already. Thank you :)

Story
Arlo was found in a parking lot with other community cats. Even though the colony was being fed, Arlo was starving because of dental problems. He was rescued and received all of his vet services, including having 7 teeth pulled so now he can eat without pain. He is perfectly handsome and healthy, although he has tested positive for FIV. This is not a deadly disease, and is not spread to humans or other cats, even if sharing food and water bowls. Arlo is estimated to be 6 years old. He is very affectionate and loving. He wags his tail like a dog when he is being petted. Contact Nancy Foltz at 704-616-4904 or NEFoltz@Yahoo.com for an application or questions about Arlo.

Story
Hip Hop is about 2. 5 years old. He was found at an apartment complex - a prime place to be hit by a car. He has a back foot which is slightly deformed and he walks with a slight limp, but he gets around great and has no issues with mobility. He is a bit nervous around children, especially if they are noisy and rowdy, but gets along great with adults, dogs and other cats. For more information or an adoption application, contact Nancy Foltz at NEFoltz@Yahoo.com.
