How long she struggled like that, we’ll never know — but when she was rescued, she was emaciated, dehydrated, and still trying her hardest to survive after being abandoned. At just 6 months old, Campbells has already endured more than any kitten should — yet she’s still full of love. She’s endlessly sweet, thankful for every gentle touch, and has become a total cuddle bug. She melts into your arms and purrs like she knows she’s finally safe. Pumpkin didn’t leave his home. His home left him. This sweet boy waited months outside a door… hoping someone would remember he belonged inside. Welcome to Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, handsome sweet Pumpkin. 🧡 Last June, a woman moved into an apartment and soon noticed a cat lingering around her doorstep. She later learned that Pumpkin had once lived there with the previous tenants. When the couple broke up, Pumpkin’s mom couldn’t take him with her and the boyfriend simply didn’t care. When he moved out, Pumpkin was put outside and left behind. The woman who contacted us said that for months Pumpkin slept on her doorstep, trying to get inside whenever the door opened. She wished she could bring him in, but she couldn’t. Eventually Pumpkin stopped trying and made a “home” in a shed behind the apartment complex. Four walls and food left out for him, but no warmth, no soft bed, and no love. The frigid winter temperatures even left his ears with frostbite. Several rescues were contacted, but everyone was full — including us. Still, we knew we couldn’t turn a blind eye. Now Pumpkin is safe with Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, and this sweet, handsome boy is finally getting the care he has waited so long for. This is the beginning of a new chapter for him. Now our job is simple — to bring the spark back into those eyes and find the family who will never leave him behind again. 🧡🐾

Holly adored all the attention and affection from the neighbors, happily soaking up love all summer long. Sadly, none were able to bring her inside, so she spent her days outdoors, enjoying every kind word and gentle pet she could get. As the weather began to turn cold, it became clear Holly wanted more than anything to be indoors. She wouldn’t use outdoor shelters and instead begged to come inside, letting everyone know she was ready for the safety and comfort of a home. That’s when Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR was contacted, and we were more than happy to step in for this precious girl. Holly is an absolute lovebug in every sense of the word.
