Gizmo was originally found in a dumpster in a litter of kittens. I discovered him at the Wooster Humane Society here in Ohio. Gizmo is quite a character and will easily entertain you with his adorable interactions with other pets and the simplicity of his toys. His favorite toy is the little spiel that he loves carrying around in his mouth to find the perfect place to chase it around the room. He loves being with you and loves showing his affection to you. Loves being brushed. He also aims to please in all manners.

I found Cece at the Wooster Humane Society here in Ohio. She was given up for adoption at 3 months old from her owner. She is very friendly and affectionate and loves showing her love for you as well as getting it returned. She loves her little mouse toys and loves being combed daily. She’s a great addition to any family or person. Gets along very well with other cats and children.

Pumpkin didn’t leave his home. His home left him. This sweet boy waited months outside a door… hoping someone would remember he belonged inside. Welcome to Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, handsome sweet Pumpkin. 🧡 Last June, a woman moved into an apartment and soon noticed a cat lingering around her doorstep. She later learned that Pumpkin had once lived there with the previous tenants. When the couple broke up, Pumpkin’s mom couldn’t take him with her and the boyfriend simply didn’t care. When he moved out, Pumpkin was put outside and left behind. The woman who contacted us said that for months Pumpkin slept on her doorstep, trying to get inside whenever the door opened. She wished she could bring him in, but she couldn’t. Eventually Pumpkin stopped trying and made a “home” in a shed behind the apartment complex. Four walls and food left out for him, but no warmth, no soft bed, and no love. The frigid winter temperatures even left his ears with frostbite. Several rescues were contacted, but everyone was full — including us. Still, we knew we couldn’t turn a blind eye. Now Pumpkin is safe with Purrfect Haven Cat Rescue and TNR, and this sweet, handsome boy is finally getting the care he has waited so long for. This is the beginning of a new chapter for him. Now our job is simple — to bring the spark back into those eyes and find the family who will never leave him behind again. 🧡🐾
