Story
Grace is a gentle 10 year old tabby. She was adopted from the shelter 6 years ago. She was de-clawed by her previous owner, so needs an indoor environment. She prefers a quiet environment. Her previous owner stated she stopped using her litter box and was relinquished. We had no issues with her until about a year ago when our circumstances changed and we had to make frequent trips to care for an elderly parent and grandchildren. Grace has started peeing outside the litter box while we are gone and more recently when we return. If confined to a small space this behavior stops, but we cannot accommodate that for a long period of time. She is a beautiful cat and has been a good pet, but is currently in distress which is hard on everyone

Meet Links! Links is an adorable gray tabby boy born in July who currently weighs about 5 lbs. He and his sister, Butters, were found on a rainy night abandoned on a dirt road in rural Alabama, but this little survivor hasn’t let his rough start dim his bright spirit. When the zoomies are over, he’s just as happy being held and will reward you with a loud, happy purr. Links is a fun-loving, sweet kitten who enjoys both playtime and affection. Story
Cleopatra or Cleo for short is the nicest cat I have ever seen. Cleo is a mostly indoor cat but will use mulch outside to go to the bathroom. She will sit outside a door or on a window sill. She likes to sit on laps when you watch movies. She likes a scratching post. She eats dry and wet food. She loves raw beef or salmon and sometimes chicken in little bites. She likes fresh water every morning. Greenies are her preferred treat. This cat really is nice. Very mild tempered. She never gets angry or bites. She was adopted from Small Miracles in EC and came from a farm in WV. She is seven years old. After a recent divorce her mom can’t take her and her dad is becoming allergic. We want a safe home for Cleo. She was raised with teenagers and adults. She has been around other cats during her first years with us.

Story
Chanel is very affectionate and playful. She sits on your lap, comes when you call, loves playing games with you. She loves being chased. You can pick her up, roll her around, rub her belly, and she will never swipe. She allows baths, being brushed and having her nails cut. Great with kids. Chanel is litter-trained, will also go outside. She has only ever used the wood pellets. Traveled with her internationally and she did fine. When my baby nephew comes to visit, he will grab her fur or pat her head, and she just takes it and wanders around following him everywhere. Korean Shorthairs have personalities that are curious and high-energy and love people. Talkative, like a Siamese. Needs a home that has plenty of space, a family who does not mind her making noise. I socialized her well since she was a kitten. Chanel is really unlike any other cat I have met. She's the absolute sweetest. Cuddly, energetic and clever.

Story
Are you a fan of cattitude and cats on the spicier side of life? Ms. Mabel may be the perfect kitty for you! Mabel was found as a stray alongside her siblings in August of 2025 and spent some much needed time in a foster home. While she worked on her socialization with people in her foster home, this petite lady would love a forever home on the quieter side while she continues to accept humans as friends. Mabel's typical greeting is a not-so-scary hiss followed by some airplane ears and a grumpy face to really let her visitors know she is not in the mood. Once she is over her initial upset, Mabel will accept head pats and some ear scratches once she is more comfortable with you. If you are looking for a lap cat or a kitty that enjoys being held, Mabel may not be the kitty for you. She still has quite a bit of time and much needed TLC before she will be ready to be that lovey with those who are not her kitty pals. We would recommend very strongly that Mabel go into a home with other cats, if not with one of her siblings. You will almost always find Mabel cuddled up with another kitten and she gains a lot of her comfort and confidence from being with them. While we have not seen her play with any toys yet, Mabel certainly seems to enjoy watching her siblings toss them around! Mabel is looking for a loving, patient home to call her own. If you think that Mabel may be the fit for you, be sure to stop by to visit her! Mabel is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped.

Story
Meet Daffodil! Like the flower, miss Daffodil is as sweet as can be. Like her nickname, Daffy, she's also as kooky as you'd imagine! Due to her having FIV, this lady has had a few health issues, including some ear infections that have left her with an adorable head tilt! Her tilted head doesn't stop her from finding any and all available food to steal, either. As a matter of fact, food may just be Daffodil's favorite thing! She loves to be petted and is okay with being held, too. Daffodil, due to her health, is on a special diet: sensitive skin and stomach formula food. Her skin is very sensitive and often itchy, but it certainly doesn't stop her from snuggling up in your arms. She is great with other cats that we've seen, but she is FIV+, so she can only live with other FIV+ cats or ones that will not be aggressive. We have not seen her with dogs. Daffy is great with humans of all ages! Daffodil is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.
