Story
Say hello to Ophelia! This sweet girl was surrendered to us November 2025 when her owner could no longer care for her. Ophelia loves a good ear rub and head scritch, especially when treats are soon to follow! She is a very curious cat who loves exploring new areas and enjoys high perches to look down on the world from. When given the chance, Ophelia likes to snuggle up in a cozy bed near a window to enjoy the view outside. Ophelia doesn't seem to mind other cats in our care, but also doesn't seem very interested in them either. We have not seen her with dogs. She seems to like kids, although can get a little bit spooked by very loud noises. Ophelia is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Story
Do you have extra boxes and nothing to fill them? Well, Elliot may have the perfect feline-shaped solution for you! This handsome kitty came to us in July 2025 and fancies box and other box-adjacent items his forte. In fact, most of the time you can find Elliot comfortably and happily tucked into a tight spot to get comfortable. Elliot is an older boy and can be rather timid at times, as well. He would love to find a quiet forever home with plenty of blankets and, preferably, boxes for him to cozy up in. If you are looking for an active kitty, you will not find that in Elliot. He most definitely prefers taking life on the slow side by simply enjoying his naps and maybe checking out a toy or two. He loves to get chin scratches and ear rubs and simply wants a home that will give him all the love he can get in his golden years! Elliot is currently hanging out in our free roam cattery and like most things, is rather indifferent to their presence. Whether he would have a lazy feline friend in his forever home, or not, Elliot wouldn't really mind either way. While he isn't a grumpy cat, Elliot would do better in a low traffic, quiet home. Older children who will be respectful of Elliot's love of naps would be perfectly fine by him. Stop in and visit Elliot if he sounds like the sweet, senior kitty for you! Elliot is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.

Story
Meet This Lovely Brown Tabby Girl! This beautiful brown tabby girl is a delightful mix of sweetness and curiosity. She enjoys batting at toys, watching birds from the window, and quietly following her people from room to room. Gentle and affectionate, she’s happiest when she’s near you—whether that’s during playtime or curled up for a cozy nap. She is litter box trained, healthy, and age-appropriately vaccinated. She would love to be adopted with one of her siblings, as having a familiar companion helps her feel confident and content in her new home. If you’re looking for a loving kitten who brings warmth, companionship, and joy, this sweet tabby girl may be the perfect addition to your family. 🐾💖

Story
Meet Petals, a sweet little girl who's been blessed with extra 'petals' - or toes! She's a fan of spinning on her cat wheel and snoozing in her hammock. Petals gets along great with other cats, dogs, and kids. At around 4 months old, she's received all her age-appropriate vaccines, and she's been spayed and microchipped. We also use Revolution Plus monthly as a preventative measure for her health. We are located in Crossville, TN but we offer transports to other states (which may be where you are seeing this ad.) https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=hb2428&method=online_form_html&formid=43

Story
NEEDS HOME BEING ONLY CAT, IS OKAY WITH SMALL DOGS Pickles is a cat I had rescued from an ex-friends apartment, where he was stuck in a tiny room 24/7 with dirty, soiled litter that was never cleaned and a bowl that was almost always empty. Due to this sort of negligence, he seems to have slight triggers due to trauma, but as long as you go slow, he is very nice. Despite this, he is a very mischievous, yet sweet little cat! He loves to chase (both toys and you!) and is super curious. I want to say he is just over a year old, so he is bursting with energy almost always! The only Cons he has is that he tends to get overstimulated easily, which can turn to scratching and/or biting, so beware of this. Also VERY food motivated, which does include table food, but he seems to understand a gentle push away. He is also a slight bolt risk, so keep outside doors closed. He is neutered and has his rabies and distemper shots. Willing to negotiate price, but not any lower than 100
