Rudy is a guy that has lived with his person all his life. She passed away recently and needs a special someone to share his time with. The family that is currently caring for him is allergic to him and has a dog that is not so friendly with kitties. Please consider Rudy as your next companion, he is a great lap cat!

Cricket is a 5 month old very petite kitten with the cutest face. She was born at her foster home after her pregnant mom was found dumped on someone's property. She is just as sweet as can be and loves attention. She'll come up to her foster mom, rub on her legs and jump in her lap for love and pets. She loves playing with all kinds of toys and likes to nap with other cats/kittens on the couch or cat trees. She has not seemed bothered by her foster mom's 4 dogs and should be fine with dogs as long as they are cat-friendly. Cricket should have another cat or kitten in her home or have someone who is home a majority of the time. She would not do well being left alone for long periods of time.

MaryAnn is a petite 5 month old kitten with the cutest round face. She was the only girl in her litter of 4 who were bottle fed by their foster mom from 2.5 weeks old. She stood up well to her 3 crazy brothers! MaryAnn is lovable, loves attention, and very go with the flow kind of gal. She is active and plays with all kinds of toys as well as other kittens. Her energy level is a little less than that of her 3 brothers. She has one rear leg that is a bit shorter than her other legs but it does not slow her down. We recommend a home without small children for MaryAnn (ages 10+)

Oreo is a 2 year old tabby cat. She is good with other cats and very friendly. She is shy at first when meeting new people.

Misty is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. She is doing well with our calm and laid back household, and would likely do best going to a more quiet home where she can be the princess. We aren`t really sure how she does with other animals, but she does just fine on her own. She has been a little fearful of men, but is making progress with that. She likely would do best in a home with older children or no children. She needs a family that respects her boundaries, and lets her settle in and shine in her own time.
