Story
Penelope has been with us since she was about 6 weeks old. She is now 3. She was my adult daughter’s cat but due to her relocating we need to find a new home for her and 1 of her male kittens, who is now a year old. His name is Sylvester. We would love to rehome them together but are ok with them going to separate homes. She had a litter of 4 kittens. She has since been spayed. Penelope is currently an indoor/outdoor cat. She mainly remains indoors, especially now because it is so cold out but she also likes to go outside exploring. She would sometimes bring us back unexpected gifts. She is a loving cat that will sometimes cuddle with you, follow you around or keep guard over while you’re sleeping. She is used to being around dogs and 1 other cat, other than her 1 kitten that remains in the house.

Story
Sylvester has been with us since birth. He is now 1. His mother was my adult daughter’s cat but due to her relocating we need to find a new home for him and her. Her name is Penelope. We would love to rehome them together but are ok with them going to separate homes. He is 1 of 4 in the litter she had. She has since been spayed. Sylvester is currently an indoor/outdoor cat. He’s usually in the house to sleep and eat and spends his evenings running around outside. He does not seem to mind the cold weather. He is not very social but he does seem to play with and get along really well with one of my dogs. He’ll find the craziest, cutest spots to sleep. He also loves sleeping in the bed with my daughter and the one dog he loves. He is used being around dogs, we have 2 little ones, and 1 other cat, other than his mother.

Story
Bojangles was rescued as a kitten from a barn by my uncle. He was given to me when he was around 3-4 years old. He has been the most amazing cat anyone could have. He is super energetic and SUPER cuddly. He loves his treats and his toys. Bojangles is 100% litter box trained. Recently due to work, i have not been home as often to care for and show attention to him. As a result of this he gets separation anxiety and will spray the items in the house that smell like me. This is why i am rehoming. He deserves someone who is home most days and has the extra time to show him attention. He’s a really sweet boy and never has attacked or been aggressive towards humans. He however does not get along with other animals. All the attention has to be on him. I am looking for someone who has the time to care for him everyday multiple hours a day.

Story
Hello - This is Lucy.. she’s a sweet girl, very mellow, not a jumper on counters, etc - she just mainly likes her end of the couch. Lucy is 9 years old and has been with me since she was adopted as a 2-year old. She is wonderful with children, but does not do well with other animals. I have developed severe allergies and must rehome her, sadly. She is such a sweetheart - has never made a mess - just enjoys her treats. She is very healthy - no meds and has vet records. If you can give her a home, she will great you at the door each evening.

Story
Little Alexander showed up on our deck on a freezing snowy night about a month and a half ago. He was crying and I put food out for him but knew it was too cold to leave him outside. I was able to lure him in and put him on a quiet floor to be safe and warm. He started coming out of his shell to show a super cute and playful kitten side. Unable to find owners, we kept him and got him vetted and neutered. He is estimated to be about 8m old and it shows. Uses litter box but needs alot of play and supervision. We have 3 other cats and a dog. The dog he is not a fan of and seems to want to fight/play and the other cats are not about it. He is the cutest and cuddliest little boy and it breaks my heart but he deserves a better home. I will continue to help out with his care if needed as I am very attached but it isn't working for our family any more.

Story
Jake is a friendly, outgoing 3-yr.-old Tuxedo boy. He loves being around people and is always quick greet new friends. Whether he's playing fetch with you, snuggling up on your lap, or just napping nearby, Jake loves hanging out with his humans. He can also be content playing on his own or snoozing when people are busy or out of the house. He is good with kids and has never been aggressive. Jake is an only pet, but was socialized with cats and dogs as a kitten. He is an indoor cat. He is patient with grooming and nail trims. He is in good health, is neutered, and has his shots. Jake is litter-trained and generally good about using the litter box. He will use scratching posts and pads, especially if you encourage him with some catnip! Jake is a very sweet, friendly boy, but due to developing cat allergies and changes in our family, we are looking for a new home for him where he can get the love and attention he deserves. Let us know if you want to add Jake to your family!

Story
Nicklaus is a chunky 3 year old all gray neutered DSH. He is declawed in the front and has been microchipped. He is so so so extremely loving to his humans and other cats and dogs. He thrives in a loud environment, he is not one of those cats that runs and hides when company comes over. In fact he will come out and see everyone, loud kids too! He loves all attention. He is a cuddle bug and will lay in bed with you all day if you let him. He loves to play with his other cat and dog siblings and will push up against them to get attention. This has been an extremely hard decision for me because he fits so well with everyone in the family but he has spells where he will have accidents outside his litter box. He goes months without an issue but then something happens and he has spells where he goes outside the box again.

Story
Max just turned 4 on March 12 and is generally a good cat. He loves hanging around with me in the evenings and at night. Sometimes during the day when he is not under our bed. He likes to sometimes come on my lap to be scratched behind his ears, but then, after a while he will out of the blue lash out at me, biting and scratching me before running away. He only does this to me. I am on blood thinners and cannot afford to get a deep cut from him unfortunately. He is not too fond of strangers, however, for some he will eventually come out. When we have our 2 year old granddaughter over he will run away, but in a few hours, he will come out. Max will run away and hide when the doorbell rings or when he sees the UPS and FedEx trucks drive by. He is up to date with his shots however they are due by the end of March. For us, he is just becoming too hard to handle. We are torn having to give him up but we feel we need to.
