I am 10 years old. My journey to shelter life has been difficult. My person, who brought me home as a kitten, passed. Having no family members to take me in, i went to live with a friend. I was doing good, occasionally getting zoomies reminding me of when I was a kitten! One night though I jumped on the bed and scratched my new person on her cheek. I did not realize that she was there. She got upset with me and brought me to the shelter. As I enter my senior years, I have become a mellow, quiet cat. I need a peaceful quiet home with a cat experienced person. A home as an only pet. I know I may need to wait. Jasper & Fiona are brother and sister. They are both personable but Jasper is especially affectionate. He loves pets and cuddles, and comes when you call him. Fiona is a sweetheart in her own right, although she keeps to herself most of the time, she is quite social and will cuddle sometimes. We unfortunately must give them up due to our growing family of babies and our baby sitter who is allergic and it is becoming less fair for the kitties they deserve a home where they will be the center of attention.

Smokey is 2 years old. Very sweet affectionate cuddles very soft. Even gives kisses occasionally. Yes you heard that right. Loves to play. Get along well once adjusted. He’s been around dogs just hasn’t interacted although I’m sure once adjusted will be fine. I’ve never had an issue with him around other animals once adjusted. I unfortunately cannot keep him and he desperately needs a good home. He was my son’s cat. My son was 12 years old, he has passed away as of last year which left us in very difficult situations and struggles. This is the last thing I would ever want, but I am desperate for this sweet boy to go to a good home as I really cannot keep him.

Meet Butters! Butters is a beautiful gray tabby girl born in July who currently weighs about 5 lbs. She and her brother, Links, were found on a rainy night abandoned on a dirt road in rural Alabama, but this little kitten has proven to be a resilient and joyful little spirit. Butters is fast, playful, and full of fun. She loves climbing the cat tree, scratching on her scratch pad, and chasing toys during playtime. When she’s done exploring, she’s happy to be picked up and will reward you with sweet, content purrs. This playful girl is litter box trained and ready to find a loving forever home where she can continue to play, explore, and be adored.
