Story
My husband and I are looking for a loving family to rehome our cat. Her name is Pye and she is a foster cat who I’ve had for about 2 years. Recently she has been incredibly anxious and with my husband and I welcoming a new baby in the next few weeks, I want to ensure that she is able to receive the love and care she deserves. She is the most cuddly cat I have ever met. We currently have 2 dogs which I believe has added to her anxiety. She would be best in a home with no dogs, however she has grown up around other cats and loves them! This has been an incredibly hard decision for our family, but I want Pye to have the best life possible.

Story
I haven’t named him because I don’t want to get attached. He is about 1 year old, friendly with dogs, other cats, adults, children, and even babies! He is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. He wants to be pet and snuggled all the time! He just absolutely love being held and generally spend their days purring away. He is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, dewormed, and had a flea/tick treatment done. Here’s your chance to adopt a truly incredible friendly cat!

Story
MEET LOUIE AND LESTER! Life was perilous for these green-eyed brothers, born to a cat who had been abandoned at a trailer park. Thankfully, residents Jeremy and Meagan took it upon themselves to help trap the strays that were piling up in the park. Their happy ending will come when their very own family comes to take them home! Louie, who has more white, and Lester are about a year and a half old. They've been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and are very good boys with their litter box. They get along great with other cats, preferring to avoid any drama at the shelter. If there's any trouble, they're never the instigators! Unfortunately, their ears were tipped when they went to the clinic to be neutered. They had just been trapped, and we weren't sure at that point if they'd be adoptable. Happily, they decided our intentions were honorable after all, once they spent some time decompressing in the bathroom where they couldn't avoid out attentions. Because of their difficult start in life, they are a bit shy with new people and will need some time and understanding while they adjust to their new home; something they've never had before. A calm adult home or one with older kids would probably be the best fit for them. These sweet, lovable boys will reward you many times over for your efforts! If you're the person this band of brothers has been waiting for all their lives, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. The $80 adoption fee for the pair will make these handsome devils yours, all yours!

Story
YOU'RE GONNA LOVE ULYSSES! Ulysses, a very friendly, talkative fellow, has been trying to tell us all about the Odyssey he'd been on before coming to our shelter. Unfortunately, he doesn't speak English and we're not entirely proficient in Cat. Suffice to say it was quite an ordeal and he's very glad it's over. He'll be the happiest boy in the whole wide world when he finally finds the forever home he's been searching for! We think Ulysses is about 2 years old. He's been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and is a very good boy with his litter box. Are there words enough to tell you how wonderful he is? Perhaps not, but we shall try. Most cats coming into the shelter take some time to adjust and get integrated into the herd. If you've ever had to start school in the middle of the year, you'll know just how they feel. As soon as Ulysses had recovered sufficiently from his neutering surgery, he marched out of his cage to explore his interesting new world. Being a bigger guy, the other cats took umbrage to his presence for the first day or two, and several growled and smacked at him. Did this deter him from investigating his new digs? Not in the least! He walked through the fray like a world traveler who's seen it all, unphased by their less than welcoming behavior. Ulysses gets along great with anyone and anything. People are his most favorite species, though it's questionable whether we deserve that honor, especially considering what happened to him in his former life. He loves being picked up, petted and hugged so the more quality time he can spend with his special humans, the happier our adventurer will be. To give this charming fellow a safe place by the fire and in your heart forever, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. For his $60 adoption fee, Ulysses will happily curl up in your lap and be the best buddy you've ever had!

YOU'RE GONNA LOVE PHILIP AND PHINEAS! These handsome brothers were brought to us because their mom's health problems prevented her from being able to take care of them. A sad day for all concerned, but as sweet as they are, we're sure they'll soon find their happy forever home! Philip, a little darker and bigger than his brother, and Phineas, a little more stripey with some white under his chin, are about 8 months old. They've been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and are box trained. They get along with other cats and adore people of all sizes. When you sit, they're right in your lap, snuggling up tight for a nice long cuddle session. Both are talkers and aren't a bit shy about telling you how happy they are to see you. They would love to be adopted together, if possible, and will be happiest in a home where they get lots of quality time with their special humans. To meet these charming fellows, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. Welcome the pair home forever for their $120 adoption fee. Philip and Phineas can't wait to meet you!

YOU'RE GONNA LOVE PURRCILA! This happy, super friendly purring machine came by her name naturally. The minute you enter the room she jumps in your lap and starts purring up a storm. Like her brothers, Phineas and Philip, who were just posted, she lost what she thought was her forever home, due to her mom's health issues. She's rolling with the punches after that unforeseen setback and is ready and waiting for her new family to come take her home! About 7 months old, Purrcila has been spayed, wormed, vaccinated and is a very good girl with her litter box. She gets along with other cats, and we think will be fine with cat friendly canines too, given some time to get to know them. Humans of all sizes are by far her most favorite species. (Go figure!) She's a very friendly girl, always interested in whatever's going on and wanting to be right in the middle of it all. A world class cuddle bug, she'll be there, rain or shine, guaranteed to bring a smile to your face, come what may. To meet our lovable little Purrcila, please fill out an adoption application on our website using this link: https://pawsitiveoutreach.org/adoption-application or call Gina at (480)779-9208. Her $65 adoption fee will make this sweetie pie yours, all yours!

Story
Hello, I need to rehome Kia because I am moving to a place that does not allow cats. Kia is 6 years old. I adopted her from Partners for Pets when she was a kitten. Kia is a wonderful girl who loves both the indoors and outdoors. She would easily adapt to an urban apartment but she would prefer a home where she could go both inside and outside. If you have mice or small rodents, Kia will be your number one pest exterminator. She would be a great addition to a small family farm. Kia is great with dogs. She has become very bonded to my two medium size Chihuahua mixes. She has been fiercely protective of my small dog and even chased off a pit bull when it tried to attack my dog. She is also friendly to children. Kia is a spunky girl who likes to walk with me and the dogs on the Centennial Trail. I think she could easily adapt to a harness and leash. She rides well in a carrier in the car too which is helpful for travel and or vet visits.

Mia (on the right) is a 2 year old female, domestic short-hair with a good mixture of spunky and chill personality. Jynx (on the left) is around 4 years old (exact age unknown). He’s a domestic short-hair male with a mixture of cuddly and lazy personality. We prefer them to homed together, as they are very bonded. Both are neutered/spayed, good around dogs, cats, and kids, and micro-chipped. Not up to date on vaccines. They will come with a few cat supplies. Located in Spokane Valley, near Pines Rd. Asking $200 rehoming fee to ensure they go to a good home.

Story
Thumper is 4, she's shy, super lovey. I got her from craigslist when she was 8 weeks-was a runt so she is timid around other pets. Loves to play, gets hyper and will play by herself on a cat tree. She loves following me around the house and helping me with things, loves opening all cabinets. She enjoys talking to me and with me. I'm not sure how she would do with kids (I think over time she would be fine with kids). No concerns medically. She has a hard time letting the other cats near her or play with them, even though there's never been any fights. I believe its because of whatever environment she was in as a kitten before I got her (thanks Craigslist). I will be moving soon and unfortunately cannot bring her with me. I feel she would be better off as an only pet. She is used to using a Litter Robot, automated litter box, and regular box. No problems with any litter types.
