Story
The boys are 8 years old. I have raised them myself and hope to find a loving home for them soon. They are indoor cats but would love some outdoor time. They like to be greeted and they also like to cuddle with you. They are not declawed but know what it means when you say ouch. They are always together and do this weird twinning thing at times. They are from the same litter from a farm in Jefferson county.

Story
Chanel is very affectionate and playful. She sits on your lap, comes when you call, loves playing games with you. She loves being chased. You can pick her up, roll her around, rub her belly, and she will never swipe. She allows baths, being brushed and having her nails cut. Great with kids. Chanel is litter-trained, will also go outside. She has only ever used the wood pellets. Traveled with her internationally and she did fine. When my baby nephew comes to visit, he will grab her fur or pat her head, and she just takes it and wanders around following him everywhere. Korean Shorthairs have personalities that are curious and high-energy and love people. Talkative, like a Siamese. Needs a home that has plenty of space, a family who does not mind her making noise. I socialized her well since she was a kitten. Chanel is really unlike any other cat I have met. She's the absolute sweetest. Cuddly, energetic and clever.

Story
Meet Uncle Rico – The Charismatic Purr Machine! ?? Born in May 2025, Uncle Rico is the life of the party and a total sweetheart! He’s a walking purr machine who loves his food and enjoys being the center of attention. While he’s not the biggest fan of being held, he absolutely adores pets and affection — he just likes to keep things on his own terms. Uncle Rico shares his foster home with Kip and Tina, and the three of them have a blast playing together, especially with the wand toy. They can be adopted separately, as a pair, or—best of all—as a trio if you’re ready for triple the love and fun! If you’re looking for a social, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining companion, Uncle Rico is ready to win your heart (and probably steal your snacks)! Story
Stripes is in the house! I am about 4 years old. I love my friend Patches! It has been Patches and Stripes for as long as I can remember. It would be great if we could be adopted together. However, since we have been looking for a forever home for a long time now (more than 2 years!), Patches and I have made the tough decision that we can be adopted to separate homes. We are hoping that this, plus our adoption fees being waived thanks to generous sponsors, will increase our chances of success. I am looking for that unique adopter who will love me and take care of me but will not expect a snuggly kitty in return. I am a pseudo scaredy cat. While I still have an instinct to hide when a person walks in the room, now I stop myself and do some stretching. It is very important to stretch before exercising. Also, I am bribable. So, when you want a little attention from me, I will take Churo from your fingers! I would prefer a home with another cat. While another cat in my home can only make life better, and help me come out of my shell, children and dogs are a big ICK. Seriously, cats rule! If you think that you could be that special someone for me, please learn more about me by filling out a no obligation cat adoption application. All of our cats are in foster homes. Please submit an application to start the process today! https://humaneloudoun.org/adopt/cat-adoption-application/

Meet Tina – The Sassy Sweetheart! Tina is a beautiful brown tabby with adorable white boots, born in July 2025. She’s currently sharing her foster home with Kip and Uncle Rico, and the three of them get along wonderfully! They love playing together—especially when the wand toy comes out—but they’re not inseparable and can be adopted separately or as a pair (or Trio!). Tina is a lovely mix of independence and affection. She enjoys being held—but on her own terms (typical girl!). When she’s ready for attention, she’s quick to purr and will melt your heart with her charm. If you’re looking for a confident, affectionate kitten who knows what she wants and loves to play, Tina might be your perfect little companion! Story
Hi, I’m Jonesy 🐾 I might look large and in charge, but really I’m just a giant baby. I love people so much that when I want attention, I’ll sit in front of you and throw my paws straight up in the air for “uppies.” Yes — like a toddler. Yes — it works every time. I’m only 2 years old, super affectionate, and honestly more dog than cat. I’ll follow you around, snuggle anytime you let me, and happily be held like the oversized cuddle loaf I am. Being picked up is one of my favorite things! My previous human passed away, and I stayed loyal until the very end. Now I’m ready to love again and give my whole giant orange heart to someone new. If you’re looking for: A cat who could win a Garfield Look alike contest A professional cuddle buddy A loyal companion who wants to be near you always …then I think I might be your guy. Please pick me up? I’ll put my paws up for you!

Story
Meet Boo, a crazy, silly little grey and white kitten found on Halloween night with his brother Pumpkin. Boo is the kind of kitten who keeps you laughing—full of goofy energy, unexpected zoomies, and an oversized personality packed into a tiny body. His signature move? Head bonks. When Boo wants a kiss (and he often does), he’ll march right up and give you a gentle bonk to let you know it’s cuddle time. He’s affectionate, playful, and wonderfully ridiculous in all the best ways. He’s also a talker. Boo loves to chat about everything—mealtime, playtime, or simply that he would like your attention right now, please. You’ll never be lonely again! While Boo is the star of the show, he feels safest with his brother Pumpkin, so the two will need to be adopted together. Pumpkin is Boo's little sidekick, happy to follow his silly brother’s lead. If you’re looking for a kitten who will make you laugh, love you fiercely, and head-bonk his way into your heart, Boo is ready to meet you!

Story
Hi! My name is Henry, and I followed my foster Mom home after work one day. I am probably the friendliest cat you'll ever meet- she sat down on the front porch and I climbed right into her lap! My foster mom decided to keep me, but we just found out that she is allergic to some stuff in cat litter, so she can't take care of me anymore. The vet says I am about two years old. I am fully vaccinated and chipped! There are two other cats living in my house (they belong to my foster mom's roommates, so she doesn't have to change their litterboxes) and I get along fine with one of them, so my foster mom thinks that I am just a bad fit with the other cat. I am good friends with the dog too! I am very playful and friendly, love guests and kids and basically anyone who will love on me. I am always making my foster mom laugh. I love to be held and cuddled too!
