Tabby kittens & cats in Fairfax, Virginia

Hello, I am trying to find a home or foster for a homeless cat who has been hanging around my yard for about a year now. He is a male orange tabby that is about two years old. Another rescue organization has taken him and had him neutered and given a physical and shots but they were unable to take him at the time. I do have his medical records. I am unable to take him into my home for various reasons but as it is getting colder now I would like to see him go somewhere that he can be safe and warm. He is cautious but very friendly and has a good disposition. I would not call him feral at all. Please let me know if you can help him. I can transport him if I need to. Jett is a warm and happy kitten. He is from Kentucky and is 7 months old. He loves to play by himself or with other cats and dogs. He is up to date with all his shots.

Ginger is a sweet quiet kitty who loves sitting on your lap. She is almost 7 years old now, and is an independent gal that does not like to be picked up but loves pets and cuddles. She loves being around her human and has learned to ignore my toddler. She is clean and has only ever used her litter box. Sadly, a family member's allergies are so bad that now cat allergies trigger asthma attacks and after 3 years of living this way, our pulmonologist has point blank told us that if we don't commit to a hypoallergenic environment, we risk further lung damage. She is pair bonded with our other cat Pepper, who is also listed here. Pepper is the opposite of Ginger and loves to go out or engage you in fun play time activities.

Milo is an extremely affectionate cat. He loves people and is so friendly. He’s house trained and never has accidents outside the litter box. He was adopted during COVID and I’ve started traveling quite often for work. I hate leaving him at home all the time! He deserve a loving home with a companion who loves to cuddle. Bose came to us from a shelter originally. My life partner adopted her before we met and she was a single cat in her own domain. She is a plopping kitty, who loves to chat, loves having her belly rubbed and will play with and thing that makes noise (like paper) or dangles. She is very sweet and just loves to tell you about her day and also loves seafood and kitty treats. Once we moved in together, we came to realize that Bose is a one woman cat show. She loves the limelight and wants to be the one and only kitty around. She is in need of a home without any other pets.

Cheddar is an independent, yet loving petite orange/ginger cat. She enjoys playing games with her foster Mom, since she is still a youngster and has plenty of energy to burn off. However, her personality is also similar to orange cats in that she is content to spend time alone resting or looking out the window. She was abandoned outdoors at a very young age before being rescued, and has nicely transitioned to life indoors. She prefers to interact with people at her own pace, and does not like to be overwhelmed with a lot of attention at one time. But once she feels safe, she easily cuddles up close to her foster Mom and other house guests on the couch or a favorite chair, and will stay there for hours.
