Story
Oreo is a sweet boy who toggles between gentle affection and energetic playfulness. He loves running, giving kisses, and all the chew toys. He is a bit anxious, but very protective and super smart. He does not get along with my other male dog, but he does get along with my female. He hasn’t had much experience arounds kids, but I had no issues with the little experience he did have (though he’d probably do best not around small children). He is calmer & more reserved when he wants his space, but won’t turn down the opportunity to snuggle. I adopted him from a shelter almost 5 years ago, and while it breaks my heart to say goodbye to my sweet puppy boy, I have had a dramatic drop in my health over the last year and I am unfortunately just unable to care for him in the way he needs at this point. Shots are not currently up to date as I’ve been dealing with my health, but I am happy to update them before adoption.

With his striking heterochromia—one eye a deep, soulful brown and the other a piercing, icy blue—Growlithe has a gaze that sees right into your heart.Growlithe didn`t have the easiest start, but he hasn`t let that dampen his `fire.` Like his namesake, he is fiercely loyal and surprisingly brave. He was found as a stray, wandering with a spirit as bold as his coat. While his name might sound tough, the only thing Growlithe is guilty of `guarding` is his favorite squeaky toy and the best spot on the sofa next to you.
