Story
This stunning young man is Mr.Wiggins! Mr. Wiggins was transferred to the NSPCA from another shelter in hopes of finding his forever home. Mr.Wiggins still has lots of puppy energy left and would thrive in a home that is active or has a large yard for him to play and run around in. We are unaware of Mr.Wiggins past and therefore are unsure if he is good with kids, cats, or dogs but he is willing to give them a try! If you are interested in this sweet young man ask a member of the staff for more information today!

Story
This one broke our hearts twice – once for Parker, the sweet hound being surrendered, and then again for his kind human, who only wants the best for her pup.Parker was a loyal companion and the apple of his human mom’s eye. This healthy, housetrained, never destructive, sometimes silly, always adoring, 3-year-old Walker Hound absolutely thrived in his loving home! Then, his mom got sick. She tried so hard to care for him, but she was too ill to give Parker the exercise and attention he needs. Treatments and procedures kept her away from home for very long periods of time, and Parker was getting anxious and lonely.Knowing her condition wasn’t going to improve, this lady made an incredible sacrifice – she gave up her best friend, her source of comfort and joy, so that HE could live a full life. Her wish is for Parker to find a loving person or family who can give him the time, walks, and attention he deserves.Folks, not everyone has friends or family who are able or willing to take in a dog if they fall ill – so we’re looking to you, our family of dog-lovers, to help get Parker home! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!Parker’s mom told us that in the home, he got nervous when doors were closed – he loves people so much, he just wants to be able to see what they’re doing! He loves to play with soft, squeaky toys, sniff all the outside sniffs, and perch by the window to supervise neighborhood activities. At night, he sleeps soundly in bed after he’s tucked in with the blanket over his head.We hope you’ll have sweet dreams soon, Parker.Your family’s out there, waiting to tuck you in at night.Visiting hours are 9am to noon, every day including weekends & holidays.Parker is waiting for you at 80 Butler Farm Rd., Hampton, VA.Interested? Come for a visit any day of the week - 365 days a year between 9am - 12pm. Hope to see you soon!PLEASE NOTE: Animal Aid Society observes a 40 mile adoption radius to facilitate post adoption support and follow ups.

Story
Gus is the sweetest, chilled boy you would ever want to meet.  Even though he has not been treated well, he still loves people.  He was picked up as a stray by one of the local county animal controls and nobody came looking for him.  He is great with other dogs and kids.  Not sure about cats but the hounds we have taken in the past are usually good with cats.   Unfortunately our little man is heart worm positive and will start treatment after neuter surgery and removal of several masses.  He is a couch potato who likes to watch TV with dogs on it and just snuggle with his people.  If you are looking for a friend who loves to go for sniff walks and snuggle in a comfy bed and watch TV with you,  Gus is your boy! If you would like to add this sweet boy to your family, please contact Rainbow Rescue at 757-472-1583 or email:  rainbowanimalrescueva@gmail.com  May 12, 2025, 11:55 am

For more pics, videos, and info on Chloe, please find us on Instagram @SymbioticSuffolk or Facebook @SymbioticInc. Please do not submit an app or inquiry before reading this dog's bio. We reply to ALL emails within 72 hours. If you have not received a response, please check your spam/junk folder. PLEASE READ: Meet Chloe!! This tiny, 6 year old dynamo packs a lot of punch into a tiny 11lb frame. We’re guessing, based on personality and looks, that Chloe has quite a bit of Jack Russel in her DNA along with maybe some Beagle and even a little Chihuahua. As such, applicants should be fully educated on the temperaments of Jack Russell terriers as Chloe exhibits MANY of their most notable traits. As adorable as she is, she has an intensity to her that just doesn’t ever really wane. She is not good with cats or small children and can be dog selective. She requires regular physical and mental exercise to keep her busy mind occupied. Chloe does well in her crate and can be SUPER cuddly and affectionate with her trusted person. Chloe is looking for a calm home with an adult-only family who will respect her for who she is and not try to make her into a different dog. She will be a perfect fit for the right family!! Chloe will be available to go home after 4/23/25. Submit your app today! Symbiotic Inc. has a required minimum $360 adoption donation upon the completion of the adoption (it is tax deductible!) All dog adoptions include a required one-hour virtual session with our partners at Lucky Dogs. This session is at no additional charge www.LuckyDogstraining.net If you think this dog may be a good fit for your family, please visit our website and learn more about our application process. https://symbioticinc.org/adoption-application
