This handsome guy is Bo. Bo is a big talker who hasn't discovered his inside voice. Because of this, we are requiring he go to a home with no shared walls (no apartments, condos, or townhomes), since not everyone appreciates Bo's loud, deep bays. Bo is looking for a home with no children under the age of 6 because he can be a touch nervous and overexcited. Once he's warmed up to you, Bo is as goofy and loving as you'd expect a hound to be. He absolutely adores rump rubs and will lean up against you to demand even more attention. Bo can be selective with his canine friends, so an introduction with any resident dogs is required. Meet sweet Holly! Holly’s age is estimated at 1 to 4 yrs old. She is a petite girl weighing only 38.5 lbs. She currently shares her foster home with a Chihuahua and is very gentle with her. Holly is new to us but we do know she enjoys her walks and is almost completely housebroken! She is gentle, sweet and kind. Buddy was surrendered because his brother didn't like him.  Rainbow was asked to help this sweet boy so he could get started on his heart worm treatment before it was too late.  He is one of the sweetest and most laid back hounds we have ever saved.  Buddy gets along with dogs, cats, and kids.  If you want a loving, chilled boy, that is Buddy.  Before he started his treatment, he loved walks and riding.  He just wants to be around his family.  April 22 is the date he is finally free to be a dog again after 3 months of crate rest while recovering from treatment. He is a sweet 7-year-old, 74lb silly boy who is good with kids and other dogs but hasn’t been cat tested. Walker was treated for heartworm and has tested negative. This breed mix can be high energy and very smart which means he will require exercise (mentally and physically). He will also need a 6ft fence with plenty of area to run. His new family needs to be committed to daily exercise, continued training, and socialization. Because Jerry loves to play and is still learning his puppy manners, we would highly recommend a canine companion already in the home who would be willing to teach him the ropes on being a dog as well as keep him company! When doing any introductions however, please do them slowly! Due to his lack of manners, we ask that any children in the home be at least 6 years old. Jerry is quite vocal and not afraid to tell you how he feels, especially when he's by himself and wants to play or just wants some affection. Both are sweet and seem unaffected by the sudden loss of their home/family and I'm betting this is because they are still together! These two are definitely bonded. When Mimi is taken out of the cage without Jasmine, Jasmine gets upset. Mimi and Jasmine are fun and lovely girls who love each other and love to go for walks and love to be around you! They are both house trained and good with other dogs. Transport is on hold due to vehicle issues. This pup was born to a basset hound lab mix mom. She was born 7-1-22. This pup is shy at first. She warms up great though. This pup likes cats and loves other dogs. We have started crate training and potty training. This pup will go home current on vaccines and preventives and microchipped. She is spayed and heartworm tested(negative).This pup will receive a certificate of health issued by our vet prior to transport. The adopter will get all health records with adoption.
