Aspen is simply stunning. Piercing hazel green eyes, soft silky blonde coat. He loves everyone, great with children and other dogs. He was found as a stray and was so shy at first he would just hide. It took some time for him to come out of his shell and now he’s just the opposite. He loves people, great with everyone she meets dog he meets and is simply amazing 1 yr old 74 lbs Aspen is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. All dogs 6 month + receive a Proheart 6 injection at the time of their heartworm test. This provides heartworm prevention for 6 months from the time of that injection. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are adopted at an event, or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368. WANT TO MEET OUR DOGS IN PERSON? Check the Events tab on cprdogs.com for all weekend adoption event info. The majority of the dogs marked as 'meet me' will be there to see you! If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between 11 am-1 pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05. Found as a stray in Long Beach Mississippi he was brought to the Humane Society of South Mississippi. He’s smart, alert, and loves having a job to do — whether that’s exploring the outdoors, playing with purpose, or learning something new. He did seem a little reserved and shy at first, but with a little time and meeting new people he has become more comfortable with his surroundings and has opened up a bit. Hayden thrives on activity and engagement, making him a great match for an adopter who enjoys adventure and understands working-breed energy. He was picked up by Harrison County Animal Control on January 22nd, 2026 with no collar or microchip to identify him. He loves to be a lap dog and snuggle close to you at all times. He has a beautiful dapple coat color, is only 38lbs, great on a leash, and knows how to sit and lay down. We think he would be great with kids due to his gentle demeanor. He is great with other dogs, and would love to meet your pup if you have one. Catahoula's are a highly intelligent working breed who are perfect for farm life or a household who like to go on adventures. Hunner is heartworm positive by no fault of his own.
